I'm don't think TBC have any more siblings, so this might be right. On the DVD, the Little Girl calls Matt "Uncle Matt." Does this mean that she's Mike's kid?

Yeah, I remember in an interview that TBC were talking about another one of their brothers, so there are more than just them. Besides, that kid is about 3, and Mike and Missy have been married for only about a year now.

Ah, ok. Yeah, it is probably just one of their siblings' kids. I didnt know they had siblings.

It's also possible that the little girl is the child of one of Missy's siblings. Now, I don't call the siblings of my aunt-by-marriage "aunt" and "uncle", but considering the amount of time Mike & Matt spend together, it's possible that when the little girl sees her Uncle Mike, ske often sees Uncle Matt too. It makes sense to me, but seems confusing when I try to explain it.

None of this speculation is necessary. On the DVD it's revealed by TBC themselves that the little girl is their niece, as is noted on the Wiki.

If she's TBC's niece, then she is the child of one of their siblings. Simple. The same would apply to nephew.

it might be one of their friend's kids and alot of times people who are best friends tell thier kids that their best friend is there uncle.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that she is their niece from one of the other Chapman siblings.
