This is pretty awesome. You guys know how Matt Chapman used to make really crappy hip-hop songs with his friends while he was in college and high school? He posted MP3s of them on ThoraxCorp years ago and it hasn't been discovered until recently. He also posted an extended version of Poot Slap with dirtier lyrics! (the one on the site was toned down a little and a lot of lines were edited out)

Oh, and he also posted some songs by his old band The New You. A lot of them are covers of songs by Guided By Voices, but some of them are originals.

lol. These are weird. I was listening to All Star Rapper while my friend is in the other room. When he came over, he thought it was some kind of Spanish rap song :p

I've actually gotten into Matt's indie stuff. I taught myself a few songs on guitar. They're pretty easy.
