That was pretty remniscient of Senor Cardgage, only slightly more coherent. But I think it's just the fact that those low-budget local business commercials can get WEIRD. |

I live in Cleveland as well and I see those adds all the time and never put it together. take Senor and throw in a little Monolio and you get that guy. |
