I recently had an idea that (I think) is a pretty good one. I'm considering sending an email about it to TBC, but I wanted to get some other opinions on it so I coud fine-tune it before writing them about it.
My idea is for the Brothers Chaps to put on a nation-wide comedy tour, featuring a comedy style similar to their website. In my mind, the tour would include:
-Tour-exclusive toons, SBemails, Teen Girl Squads and others
-Stand-up comedy sessions from the puppets, ike Homestar, Strong Bad, Marshie and others
-Performances from Homestarverse bands like Limozeen and Cool Tapes (Cool Tapes could be there "via satellite", while Limozeen could be live)
-Performances from real-life bands connected with Homestar, like They Might Be Giants and Strike Four (the band that did "Ode to Homestar Runner" and other Homestar-related songs)
-Live puppet jam sessions with TMBG if they are included
That's all I have so far, but new ideas are encouraged, as well as criticism. My goal is to get this tour well-planned out enough to send an email to TBC that would give them plenty of ideas and also leave room for their own ideas. In other words, lets not go overboard with the planning, we just need enough to prove that a comedy tour could have a lot of possibilities.
