No, Seethroo still has the unfortunate task of buying pickles and ice cream.

That was my original idea for the name of this thread, but I assumed that, since he told me to post it in the admin/mod forum, he didn't want me to post it on the general forum yet.

Yeah, See's baby isn't due until June, I think. They've named him already though - Noah.

YAY STU!!! YAY YAY YAY! One of the women I work with is pregnant, about 4 months along, and even though I'm not sure I want kids of my own, I just love seeing her with her cute belly. :)

Aww, that's awesome! ^^ I eagerly await pics. I'm sure she's a cutie.

Also, holy crap, she has the same name as my mom! It's cool, though. Audrey's a pretty name.

I'm stealing these photos from my father-in-law. These were the best two. (they're a little big, so apologies in advance). I am hoping to get some more from the other family members that stopped by.

As for how we are doing, we just got home from the hospital today. We are all pretty tired, but everyone is doing rather well. Audrey is absolutely adorable (if an admin can say such a thing). I hope to get more pictures of her soon :)

Gorgeous. She looks a belter. :)

Why did you pick Audrey as a name, btw?

Awwwww! Babies are always cute. No exceptions.

Well, OK, there was an amusing joke my grandmother told me. I guess since we're on the subject of chil'rins, I'll tell it.

They say there's no such thing as an ugly baby, but one woman had a baby so ugly, she was always made fun of.

One day, her car broke down and she had to take the bus. She dreaded this, because she knew everyone would make fun of her baby. She decided to put a cap on her baby and hold her blankets loosly around her, so hopefully no one would see her ugly baby. And for a while, this seemed to work. But someone opened a window, blowing off her baby's cap and blowing the blankets away from her face. Soon, people began to point and laugh and make jeering remarks.

A man stood up in the back of the bus and held up his hands. "STOP!" he said. The people quited down, and he strode to the middle of the bus. "Stop! You've no right to make fun of this poor woman."

By this time, the woman was crying, and the man sat down next to her.

"Here you go," he said, passing her a tissue. "Here's a tissue for you. Oh, and here's a banana for your monkey."

Aww... Babies are the cutest things ever....ok, maybe second, just behind kittens.

Seriously though, you and racerx should form a cute kids club or something.

We both felt that the name Audrey was both cute (for a little kid) and somewhat sophisticated for when she is an adult-type. Not to mention, we both really kinda liked the name :)

I too hope that nobody eats my baby. I do like to nibble her toes... but the wife doesn't really approve.

Hooray for the new and improved Stuslastname household! ^_____^

And for that matter, Stu used *three* :) 's in his post. I didn't know that much positiveness from an admin was possible, let alone legal. I think that we'll let this slide just this once, that is until we get to see Seethro's lil bundle later this year ;)

A smiling bat? Your baby is certainly not a monkey, but are you saying she's a vampire? :P

Congratulations, Stu. I remember when we brought our first baby home from the hospital. All of the visiting family went home, and it was just us and Noah. It took us a while to get used to it. We got our baby, now what do we do with it seemed to be the general question. But pretty soon, he started bossing us around and not much has changed since then.

Hopefully Audrey is eating well and isn't too jaundiced and all that jazz. She's very cute.

My, that's a fantastic name for a first son. Good taste, those two.

Heehee. Seems Noah is a popular name among forumember-sons. Or something. Eh, they're all cute anyway. :P
