No, but there's a bunch in MP3 format at the fanstuff wiki. Would that help?

No, sorry. I need something that Sound Recorder can handle. I'm not that hi-tech... :)

I searched a little, I think that this site has The Cheat is Not Dead in wav format. There might be more links here under "sounds".

No, not that either. Downloadable .wav files. Sorry for not clearing that up earlier.

Why not just download the mp3 and convert them to wav?

There are TONS of free programs out there that'll do it.
I've used Wave MP3 Editor before. It's one of those "trial" versions, though, so you can only run the program something like 10 times, but oh well, those 10 times were free.

Here is another program that should work. It's shareware, though, so expect to be bugged about registering it.

If you have a sound recorder, can't you just record them strait off the website?

Alright.

I'm not sure what kind of thing you are planning to do, but for audio edits, don't use Sound recorder, it's the MSpaint of sound editing.

Just use Audacity, it can use wavs, mp3s, oggs, whaterver. It can do everything sound recorder can, better, and much much more.

WavePad will edit WMA's for you. Unfortunately, while it's free to download, after about a month, it will disable some features and start asking you to register the program and pay for it. Simple solution to that: uninstall and reinstall. And you're right back in business. I find WavePad to be more useful than Audacity.
