Maybe I'm wrong, but I haven't found a page on the HRWiki that shows the total length of everything on the website.

I was thinking about it the other day...
How much time of my life have I took watching the cartoons and emails on Homestar Runner? Could someone figure this out?

I've seen everything on the website. I'm guessing it's a few hours.

Sorry if this has been asked before. :B

Well, let's see what we got here. All Toons, Toons By length. I don't think we have it all added together, but I've heard rumors of 8 hours or more. And that doesn't count all the little secret pages and games and multiple viewings. You've certainly spent entire days watching a cartoon about dumb animal characters. But don't worry, I've spent more. ;)

They're awesome dumb animal characters.

I know when I first starting watching a couple years ago, there were about a hundred emails, and a lot of toons there. I watched them for a couple hours a day back then.

Plus, I've probably watched each toon and email much more than once...

There's a fact on the wiki that says how long all the Strong Bad emails take:
I, I mean the wiki wrote:
It would take 8 hours, 1 minute, and 49 seconds to watch every Strong Bad email, including the DVD exclusives but excluding clickable Easter eggs. Including clickable Easter eggs, it would take 8 hours, 45 minutes and 28 seconds.

So it would probably take quite a bit longer than eight hours to watch everything.

Strong Bad E-mails are quite longer than that. Unless I'm forgetting completely about the earlier emails. And even then, it doesn't take into account all the other cartoons on the site. I'd say you'd be able to spend an entire (waking) day watching them all.

I think I have spent about a 3 hours a day on the web. About an hour and a half is devoted to HR.com. So I think I can fit in all the DVDs in one day on my TV. If I stay up until 3am.

Quite longer than what? What I wrote? Trust me, it's accurate.

One day on a snow day I decided to watch every single email. I was surprised because I started around noon and ended (with occasional breaks and supper) at about 8:30. That also includes time in between and time clicking and screwing around with the ends of emails.

You get snow! Ah, lucky. Texas needs snow.

What do you mean you've "wasted" time? If you enjoy doing something, then it's not a waste of time no matter what anyone else says.

"Wasted" as in not learning/making money/getting that girl ready to make out.
I've probably spent over 20 hours maybe over 50. What?!

Err, are you talking to me? I wasn't asking what she meant. I know what she meant. I was asking her INCREDULOUSLY. I meant that if she enjoys Homestar Runner then it wasn't a waste of her life, so why does she considered it "wasted." I wasn't talking about the educational, money-making, or "learning to make out" value of watching it. I was talking about the enjoyment she derived from it. I can't believe that she would consider it a waste of time if she enjoys it.

I don't know how much time I've spent watching stuff, re-watching stuff, and playing games, but I don't consider it a waste at all.
