in the intro to the site, when homestar pops up I always thought he said "everyboby! I am your leader!" I later found out has was saying "everybody! Lah-dee-dah-dee-dah!""

I used to think Benedetto's name was Ben-a-dao until Nick told me

I used to thing that in "3 Time Halloween Funjob", Homestar said:

:hr: : Somebody's a-grabbin' my balls...

(oops  )

Another debate is about kids show, some think he says I'LL KILL ALL YOUR DOGS! While others belive he is saying I'LL KILL ALL YOUR DOLLS!

I think the most hotly debated one is the infamous, "I hate you, I hate you, I hate you..", which some people think says, "A-hey you, a-hey you, a-hey you".

I always knew it was "I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you...". I didn't even know some people misheard it as "A hey you, a hey you, a hey you, a hey you...".

In Homestar Runner vs. Little girl, after the little girl asks Homestar to kiss her I thought he said "Very well!" but in the script on this site it says "well, well" I don't know which is right.

I think you are mistaken. Easily the most hotly-contested line in the history of the forum is "Yeah, (no|I know). Is it?"

I couldn't find the threads that had each one, (though I'm guessing they're in the Spam Bucket) so I didn't have much reference to determine the length of each discussion--but the only one I remember taking part in is the one I mentioned earlier.

I personally think that the Yeah I know/No is "Yeah, I know!"

But then, I've recently found out that what I personally think is not necessarily fact.

My favorite line from Homsar Runner was "Let's do this like Buddhists!" The truth hurts.

TBC actually clarified on the DVD that he didn't say "Buddhists". Good for them.

Holy crap. I really need to stop imitating the mods by saying...

You do know we have a wiki, right?

Had you actually clicked on the link I provided, you would have been able to see that in the transcript, Homestar says, "Let's do this like Buddhists." (though it's not actually "Buddhists", but that's what it says in the transcript)

In case you want the link again, here. Now, before you post again, please actually look through it. About halfway through the page is where it is. It's not like this is very hard, Warlord.

I just changed it to "Brutis", but I'm not sure how to spell it. Is it "Brutis" or "Brutus"? It looks like Brutus wins, but the guy who changed it last had "Brutis", so you decide.

I'm not sure, but the first time I saw it I thought he was talking about Caesar's friend, Brutus, who took part in killing Caesar. I dunno, since Strong Mad was about to kill Homestar, it MAY have made sense.

He says Brutus. This one was settled ages ago. Please move on.
