Anyone else notice that we have not seen the title character since he stepped into the painting in the Halloween toon? Any thoughts on when we might see him get out? |

Uh, I think that was just for the end of the Halloween toon, and next time Homestar's appearance is needed, he'll be normal like nothing happened. |

Fan Costumes 07. That is all. |

I totally thought the same thing. This is just like when they had that stupid "DNA Evidence" running plotline. Homestar is still stuck in the creepy painting. I bet after a few weeks of updates SANS h*r, the remaining characters will start to wonder where he is |

Did you not notice that he was no longer in the painting at the end of the Halloween toon itself? |

Continuity is not H*R's strong point. I'm a thousand percent sure that one toon is the last we've heard of Homestar trapped in the Horrible Painting. |

Im just surprised we didnt see him in the "toiky TV" toon. they could've had something about "thanksgiving jibblets" or something.

Fine, if you don't like my Fan Costumes point, how about the fact that we saw him out at the VERY END OF THE TOON. Besides, whenever there could be continuity in H*R.com, it only happens about 25% of the time. |

Someone already mentioned this a few posts back...I believe his name was Stan. |
Did you not notice that he was no longer in the painting at the end of the Halloween toon itself?
He is still in the painting at the end though? I just re-watched it to be sure. I just thought he was conspicuously absent from the thanksgiving toon. And the post- halloween toon line-up doesn't exactly count i don't think Didn't mean to ruffle any feathers, I understand we hear from him in the fan costumes one, but that seems to be more of an "aside" or an editorial type of thing as opposed to an actual storyline...and we don't see him. I'm hoping we see him again soon. |

Homestar Runner was never meant to be read into at such deep levels. If you remember, Homestar was changed at the end of Potion-Ma-Jig (or whatever it was called), yet his transformations never showed up in any future toons. He's not stuck in the painting...They just haven't had anything for him to do since Jibblies 2. Don't worry...he'll be back in all his star-shirted glory before long. |

Well, just to be fair, (not that I disagree with you) at the end of one transormation, he turns back into normal Homestar anyway. |

Yeah, I did think of that...but some of them he didn't, so I used it in my argument anyway. |

I think will have to show up again in the painting soon, probably just quickly as a gag or in an easter egg.
Then they'll let him appear in toons again. This could be a short running gag, it happens alot, kind of like the DNA evidence. |

That doesn't justify the fact that it in fact was a flashback. |

That's beside the point, h*55. However, it's unknown whether or not the halloween easter egg was part of the flashback or not. I would think not, since (Strong Sad as) Gardenboy's there. |
