Moving Very Slowly is funny and nice to listen to, like a Spinal Tap song. Uh, "These Peoples Try to Fade Me", "Night Mamas", a few others.

Well, I used to like Trogdor until it was on GHII. Then everyone I knew walked around singing "And the Trogdor comes in the NIIIIIGHT!" And I ask them if they know what that's originally from. Common response: "Guitar Hero II, duh!"

So now it's Limozeen's rendition of "We Don't Really Even Care About You"

I'd say Rock Opera. That was quite catchy for awhile.

I personally prefer "The System is Down" and "I Think I Have a Chance with This Guy"

Strong Bad Sing and Other Type Hits. It's sung by What's Her Face.

Wow thats gotta suck...of course no one plays Guitar Hero (except this one kid) at my school and no one goes on the website so I'm the only one here singing that song out loud. It gets pretty lonely afterawhile...

Because he wouldn't get anywhere and it'd just be a waste of his time.

See, you really need to learn that.

I don't want more H*R fans. You see, more fans make things mainstream. Homestar Runner already went through that phase, and I don't want it to ever again.

H*R's early days it was overpopular. Something I would call "mainstream"

And the kicker: I hate things that are mainstream.

Wow, what Shwoo said went way over your head. I think it landed somewhere in the stratosphere.

ooooh ok abu, if thats the reason then ok, but if you ask me homestar was "over" popular in 2003 when the site started getting fans through word of mouth...and when i started likeing homestar. but still it is very freaking popular, on a side note, some guy was singing trogdor and because its midnite at my school yesterday (i have a snow day today, w00t!) i asked him where he thought it was from, he also said guitar hero, i said "nooooo it came from, homestarrunner.com" he said "you mean that old website? its still running?" i said "yeah lemme show you somthing" i went to guitar hero on the homestar wiki. and he was shocked that it was from homestar. so yeah i dont know about you, but i will tell people where it originated.

Whether or not something is mainstream should have nothing to do with it, though. What people think of a product doesn't change the product itself. Look at it for what it is.

Let me tell you something.

I spread the word of Fall Out Boy when I liked them. They got too popular and their music got worse.

I spread the word of Invader Zim when I was younger. It eventually got plucked from Nickelodeon.

I spread the word about Guitar Hero, and now people won't shut up about it, and it just isn't fun to play anymore.

See, when one person spreads word, it spreads like wildfire and becomes too popular. When it becomes too popular, the creators and crew try to do too much. That's when they start sucking, or do something too far over the top. That's why Fall Out Boy now sucks, why Invader Zim is no longer on Nick, and Guitar Hero now bores me. I don't want Homestar Runner to fall off for the same reasons.

I like it when people won't shut up about things. Makes them more interesting.

Yep. When there's a person on the radio who won't shut up about things, especially things no one particularly cares about, I turn that puppy up, baby! Some people will find them blowhards and turn them off. But not me! I like listening to them. It makes me feel better about myself for a while.
