several months ago, I was reading the wiki page about a strong bad e-mail, and someone had mentioned a page where you could add a scroll bar, pause button, fast forward and rewind buttons for flash to firefox. I thought this was pretty sweet, so I went to hte page and bookmarked the links so I could use them. Unfortunately, a few days ago, all my bookmarks and addons for firefox disappeared for no apparent reason, and I cant seem to find the buttons I listed above anywhere.

Does anyone know where I can get these and/or what I am talking about?

Sounds like you're talking about that Greasemonkey script I hear about on occasion (though I could be wrong, not having it myself). http://www.hrwiki.org/index.php/User:Phlip/Greasemonkey Does that look/sound familiar?
