the title says all. Have you ever used pictures, episodes, clips, etc. from homestar for a project? i currently am doing a powerpoint on *groan* revolutions and its about imagery. So i am using homestar pics for it. Sorry, i got carried away, if you have ever used homestar stuff for a project, post it here!!!

P.S. please do not say "i dont use homestar in my projects because im not obsessed with it like you, idiot" or somthing like that.

P.S.S. to moderators. If this post here is breaking any rules, pm me about it please?

Last year in the good ol' 8th grade, I was going to implement the Population: Tire theme into my Voter's Guide PowerPoint (which is basically a collection of information for all of the candidates running for major offices in the government in my area). I decided to not do it though due to technical difficulties.

I've thought about tiny references to Homestar Runner in other projects, though I've never followed through with them.

I didn't get into Homestar Runner until halfway through year twelve, so no. I did do an oral presentation on Ed Edd n Eddy once, though. It was for my Satire and Humour class. If I'd been into Homestar Runner at the time, I probably would've done that instead.

Nope. But one time, when doing a report, the teacher thought it was instantly going to great. When she put it on a preojector, it turned out to be a 2 page report on what I had for breakfast.

Haha, that is great. I wish I could go into a full 2-page detail about what I had for breakfast.

Anyways, has anyone ever handed in the "english paper"?

hey guess what? i have this new *groans very loudly* project for my englililililililish class. About a memior (if i spelled that correctly) of something in your life that you can remember. Now since most of my memories are things i want to forget :-| i dicided to go with "the day i was introduced to homestar" for a topic. It's going pretty smoothly.

OH! and i finally presented the *groans so loud it shakes the earth 3 ways from sunday* project powerpoint presentation on *so loud it's inaudiable groan* revolutions last week and i used homestar (and super smash bros brawl :p ) music as the music requirement! just last week i got the grade. BOOM 100% it bumped me up from high honors to deans list (that's a grade point average of 95 or higher) just in time before the report cards came out. but hey, it was a big project.

Anyway, that's my use of homestar for this week.

Use proper grammar and spelling.
Nobody will take you seriously unless you do.
If you really are on the dean's list, this should be easy.

After reviewing some of your posts, all the letters and the shift key seem to work fine. I don't see why you can't spell correctly and capitalize.

My economics teacher doesn't check the work, so sometimes I just start writing down the lines to strong bad emails.

In my Year 9 writing class, in 2005, I had to make a magazine on something I was into.
So I chose internet cartoon things, since I had really just discovered the vastness of the internet at that point.
My main article in said magazine was on Homestar Runner, I documented the creation of the site and a small profile on each character (with a bit of help from this wiki).
I also included (from memory) Red vs Blue, Decline of Video Gaming, Weebl and Bob and... Knox's Klaymations. Probably more.
It was a good project, I got a good grade.

I've used little references.
Once, we had to make a recipe for an imaginary food, so I put "melonade" in there.

Well, once we had to do this story thing. I could tell my teacher didn't know how to use a computer, let alone google "Homestar Runner", so I just wrote the Where's The Cheat? script. I got a C-.

Um, that's why you shouldn't use an English paper from a cartoon on a science project.

example: (btw , the book i read was, "the 5 people you meet in heaven")

Yes, I made a paper mache Homestar and I used the beginning of Cool Tapes playing and the main page for a music project for school. I also used Thy Dungeonman in it. Plus, there was a shot of the HRWF in it. And an error message that said "What the pfargtl?!" (Shown below).

It was a music video of It's All About the Pentiums.

In music we had to do a project on a story song. My friend couldn't find one so he chose Trogdor.

it's a story of a dragon burninating the country side. Squeedly Knight and meedley Knight get into a fight for whoever can defeat him.
