I got onto this website, anxious. I checked to see if they had updated this week, only to find nothing, not even an announcement for a toon/email late in the day. They're probably running late again, but what are your opinions?

Of course, having seen the lack of an update last week, I have started to lose faith in these guys. I was hoping that this isn't another hiatus, but since there was no update last week, I'm starting to have my doubts.

Or maybe they're just focusing their attention right now on SBCG4AP, which, according to Strong Bad, is likely coming out in June.

They were at ROFLcon last week, so I'm assuming that they didn't have time to update the website. If it was the beginning of a hiatus, they probably wouldn't have updated the weeklies on Friday. Or Thursday. Depending on time zone.


I'm not going to do it, but saying that after the first week without an update, barring hiatuses, in a long time is probably going to get you yelled at. Just a warning.

Bah, you guys are spoiled. I remember several times when they've gone weeks without updating without any sort of explanation.

It just sounds a little ungrateful/entitlementish to say that after they've been updating so consistently.

And sorry, I need to stop constructing sentences in such a complex way. I didn't mean that you were barring hiatuses.

Indeed. It's classic SNL.

As for the supposed "missed" update, it's nothing major for them to miss a week. Back in the Summer of 2005, they went over a month without an update. It was great watching all the n00bs freak out.

From what I heard, the only thing they are really doing for the game is the voices. TellTale games is doing everything else--graphics, plot---everything! But, they are working really close with losbroschaps, so... I don't know what's going on!!

If anything, I'm sure it's the fact that they were at that convention. And the game. We'll see an update soon, I'm sure.

But, still, I am kind of going through withdrawal!!

Well, I'm sure that TBC give Telltale games what they want for the plots. I doubt that they's let someone else make a game that will be very look-forward-to'd by all fans.



Yes. Indeed. Because of Homestarrunner.com, on Mondays I'm no longer saying "Aww man! It's Monday again!" but instead "Oh boy! New Homestar Runner toon!"

Meaning what? Where have you heard that Telltale Games is making the plots for the game? Have you actually heard this, or are you just guessing?

I said what I knew the Brothers Chaps were doing, not what they weren't doing. I don't know about plots, but I know they edited the scripts. I can't remember where I heard it though, sorry. Might've been in an article.
