Yeah, their forum kind of sucks. It's not even on the hrwiki.org server (but that's because the admins don't like all the downtimes and stuff I guess). But they have user titles and better av/sig limits.

That Forum seriously needs a better theme, though. They have nine to choose from, and only one of them (The Stick) isn't hard on the eyes.
