Hey, Wondermites! Has anyone else seen this??? If you keep clicking on the "Quote of the week" icon right before it's all the way in there's something with Homestar on it.

Yeah, a few other people have seen this. You do know we have a wiki, right?

I swear that 'You know we have a wiki, right?' statement should be banned. I makes the people it's directed to feel like crud.

Uh... ever notice that JoeyDay is a mod? Must I point to rule 7 again? The whole point of this wiki is (or was) to have a place to discuss things on the wiki, for the wiki. If someone asks a question that is obviously on the wiki, the statement, "You know we have a wiki, right?" rightly pops up, since instead of starting a topic on a stupid thing like "What toon has this quote", they could easily use the wiki's search feature, and NOT waste people's time. (again, sorry if I'm being too blunt, but this is only the truth)

594 people registered on the wiki. 888 people registered on the wiki forum. Something is amiss. The wiki comes first, people.

Out of those 888 people, how many of them actually post stuff? It kinda seems like that it's becoming too forum centralized and not wiki centralized.

Only 509 people have ever posted. Apparantly it's not as bad as some thought, but it still seems like not enough people know enough to check the wiki. Remember everyone, this is forum.hrWIKI.org.

I think that this occurrence is no more. They've fixed it after updating qod.swf.

I do know that we have a wiki (I found it months before the forum), but I don't quite understand how to uncover this egg that is being described, nor do I see info about it on the page you linked to. Apologies if I'm overlooking something glaringly obvious... :hr:

Nevermind maybe... it says above that it was fixed?

1. Yes I know JoeyDay is a mod. 2. The wiki's search is not the greatest thing. I has a lot of errors and its search field is limited for certain things. Many a time I searched for a word and came up with nothing and then a bit later, I find a page that has that word on it.

If you're not turning up a word in the search, it could be that you're not looking in the right namespace. By default, the search only looks in the main namespace and a few other obscure ones. If you want to find what you're looking for, checkmark the Talk, User, User talk, HRWiki, and HRWiki talk namespaces at the bottom of the search results page, then submit the search again. That'll find just about anything that's ever been posted on our wiki.

EDIT: Oh, and to find what you were looking for, simply click "Quote of the Week" from the wiki's main page. Information about the glitch in the quote box is posted there and on the corresponding talk page.
