I thought it was to look more realistic, since they're using puppets. The only other time they've used it is on the 20/200 page, and I thought that was so when you put on the glasses (store!), and everything comes into focus, it looks clearer than usual. Just a thought... |

This is probably my favorite main page. I don't know why, but I love the Homestar-Variant type puppet when you mouse over STORE. Is he from anything else? that guy needs his OWN main page!(He IS a Homestar-Variant after all.) |

Bah. Yes, this new "non-Homestar" is enigmatic to say the least. I'd like to see him turn up in an sbemail as some sort of surprise. BTW, what on earth is the horned Bubs puppet talking about? Some sort of e-mail pie? Barf-bags??

Wasn't there that "the non-sequitur champ" contest, run by Homestar in "The Show" environment and with Strong Sad judging. I was just saying the shark-tooth bubs appears to qualify for that too. [edit] SOME OF MY BUSES! |

Yeah that one thing in the store when they were having a T shirt contest. Homsar won, woot. Senor rules too though (I would have bought that shirt if his eyes were green. Twas a bit dissapointed at the lack of color) I kinda think that there needs to be more of homestar's show. His show is the best! And for some reason I kinda doubt they'll be using the shark toothed bubs again. Unless they start making more PUPPET toons, but even then I don't know what he'd fit into... |
