What are some lines in the cartoons that you don't think were supposed to be funny, but cracked you up anyways. Here are the three I can think of off the top of my head.

Parsnips a Plenty: The Homstar Runner: "Where have all the parsnips gone?"
Just the tone of voice and drawn out speech here makes this my favourite line in the whole series. It simply cracks me up everytime, and I don't think it should.

Sbemail 198: Magic Tricks: Homestar: "Yeah, I'm like an octopus."

This was one of the funniest things I heard come out of any of the characters in a long time. I honestly don't know why though. It might just be because he no arms to begin with, but my guess is that octopus is just a funny word.

The Best Decemberween Ever: Coach Z: "Aw crackles!"

This always cracks me up. I've just never heard the word "crackles" used like that, or if it's even a real word at all.

I liked in the email "army", when homestar is breaking the bad news to Mrs. Benedetto, he says the words "...fork it over..." while poking a spoon in the microwave's general direction. I can never tell if things like that are intentional, but I find them funny regardless.

I think you mean Homestar Presents: Presents.

Maybe the way Homsar said "I do what I'm told" in that sad voice in Pumpkin Carve-nival.

The way Homestar says "Oh, oh, oooohh" in "couch patch" makes me laugh.

But I think it's really difficult to say what lines in H*R isn't intended to be funny (it seems to me like every line is supposed to be humorous on some level). I think if you found them funny, they were intended to be funny by TBC. All the lines mentioned so far, including the one I just said, were probably all intended to get a laugh.

Maybe a better question would be "What lines do you find hilarious that most other people don't?"

It's actually from dragon.

Is it? Oops, thanks. Well, now I corrected someone, and someone corrected me. It evens out. But in that case, I mean to say his "And also with you." line. I knew the quote I was thinking of was from Carve-nival, I just thought of the wrong quote.

:sm: FLUFFY PUFF CASSEROLE brings up unusual mental images of the dish itself and of Fluffy Puff starting a monopoly on Free Country's foodstuff.

The holiday version of "Everybody! Everybody!".

It just makes me laugh because of the voice. The voices singing it sound funny.

I find it really funny when Coach Z hums to himself, like in DNA evidence.
:coachz: <(Ooo doo da doo doo...) Also Homestar's cow impression from Hremail 2000.

All of Senorial Day is supposed to be weird, but I find it hillarious.

Senor Cardgage should have his own characters page.

I always crack up at this part in Drive-Thru:

STRONG BAD: My The Cheat wants to know what your crappy toy is this week.

DRIVE-THRU WHALE: It's brown.

STRONG BAD: {To The Cheat} It's brown.

{The Cheat starts to cry}

STRONG BAD: Well, I guess they're out of blue ones!

{The Cheat cries harder}

STRONG BAD: {Angrily at the Drive-Thru Whale} Look what you did!

Pretty much every single Senor Cargage line has made em laugh. As in there are about 3 or 4 in total I didn't fall about laughing at.

The 'Stave it off' song made me crack up back in the day. I'm guessing it was unintentionally hilarious because I was the only person at school who laughed during it. :<
