Well, to make a screencap, press the "print sceen" button on your computer, paste it into a picture editing software, then save it to your computer. Someone else should explain the other part though.

nevermind! i figgured it out!

*edit* oh dang i worked really hard to get it to size, but it says: This file cannot be displayed because the extension bmp is not allowed. what does that mean?

To convert images into .pngs or .jpgs, put it in MS Paint then click Save As, then save it as the filetype you want.
