I've seen that people have a decompiler to take apart the flash files.

Is it possible for someone to gather all of the sound effects and make them available?

If I knew what I was doing (or how) I would do it myself.

You know we have a wiki, right? =3

All the files are in OGG format, so you'll need a player like Audacity to listen to them. Has fun.

Ditto. My Compy (actually a Windows 2000 system) won't do Audacity. And I also want possibly some .wav versions. So I can use a few as system sounds. Like maybe the DELETED Buzzer for the Empty Recycle Bin sound (currently the Destroy Enemy sound from Paper Mario) or the Program Fail sound (was the sound of GLaDOS breaking; now is the Not Selectable sound from Paper Mario). If the only other way to get these is .mp3, then I could always have the files converter'd.

Pretty much every decent media player out there will play OGGs, here's a list of a handful. And even Windows Media Player can be convinced to do it with appropriate codecs installed.

If you want them as .wavs, you can always decode them yourself... just download that program, then drag-and-drop the ogg file onto it.
