I'll just leave this here. Let's just say it may be the end of the hiatus. (Credit goes to Aussieguy for finding this.)

I almost shed a tear when I saw this. I'm not gonna get my hopes up, though. The way things have been going, gaming may be the future of homestarrunner.com (although I still refuse to believe it). What do you suppose the chances are that this marks the end of the hiatus?

Im exited, most trailers give you 3 months or so until announcment (Sonic 4) beut 4 DAYS!, awesome, the only thing I don't like is the Heavy being their, making me wonder if this would be M rated.

Well there's no telling what it's going to be until they announce it, but it is HEAVILY (no pun intended) implied (due to the cards they're holding) that it is similar to Telltale Game's first game, Telltale Texas Hold'em. It was the first game they made to test out the Telltale Tool, their game engine. It's a Texas Hold'em tournament, but the real charm of the game was the four characters you played with and the quips they'd make while playing, interacting with each other, and so on. So this fits in really well with having four personality heavy (no pun intended, again) characters who otherwise would have almost nothing to do with each other.

I think it's perfect. Dunno if it'll still be the same type of card game though. We'll see. It could be something entirely different and even more unexpected, but everything points to the new Telltale Texas Hold'em that TTG fans have been clamoring for. ^_^

Sure, one brother has time to lend his voice while the other is working on a Jim Henson movie. When that movie (forgot the name of it) comes out, that's probably when the hiatus will end.

Hate to dissapoint you, but It's probably going to be a sequel to telltele's texas hold'em game.

I'd love to hear the interactions of some of my favorite characters [in anything], especially if they're all there. Guess I have to learn poker now...

unless it's some entirely different card system. CHEATBALL POISON RAIN VORNADO!

Steam/valve (The company that owns TF2) sells Sam and Max games on their site.

Presumably with money. Same way they got the rights to Strong Bad.

Well, duh, money :P

I didn't know about Sam and Max being offered via Steam, but I did know that Steam was made by Valve, the creators of TF2.
