It seems that not only have the Chaps forgotten us, but so have the mods.

Didn't we deserve better, as your loyal fans?

I don't know what you're talking about. I come here every day to delete spam.

Fiat lux!

But why are the spammers getting through? And why have the Chaps not at least the kindness to tell us, for real, what's going on? Either end Homestarrunner, or tell us what form we can expect the site to continue in. Please, for us, for your loyal, loving fans.

Why shouldn't they get through? You want I should disable everybody's ability to make accounts?

Or maybe edit the CSS to a slightly more secure registration process? Anyway, that's neither here nor there.

The real question is: why haven't the Chaps had the kindness to make contact?

Maybe because... they just don't know?

Have you ever started a project and then talked about it online?
People get interested and want to know when you'll finish, but sometimes you just have no idea. You want to get back to work on it, but things just aren't working out for that at the moment.

In any case, i've had that experience a number of times. Sometimes i made it through, but often the project was abandoned. TBC have made it pretty clear that they aren't giving up Homestar, but they have other things in their lives right now.

Just give it some time.
