Does anyone know what the font is called TBC uses in the 1936 cartoons ?

WhatTheFont says that it's Poor Richard, and it looks like an perfect match to me. I'm not sure if it's Poor Richard RR or Poor Richard RR Light, though.

Oh, THAT font. I wasn't sure which he was talking about.
where it says

have you tried the poplular search engine Google?
there are a few. Just make sure you DON'T download any *.exe things that "install it for you". Those are dangerous. If you download a font, it should be *.ttf.

THEN, you either just double-click the font or if that doesn't work put the file in C:\windows\fonts

also the link IJ posted has downloads of fonts

Or *.zip, in which case you have to unzip it with a program such as WinZip or 7-Zip before following Ed's instructions.
