This was in a display window near a dead-ed drive & an Irish Pub called Paddy Coyne. I was told the building was full of "Amazon's lawyers & a cafe." The artists is P Calavara, & he refers to these armed 1999-style Homestars as "Bopes."

The "Bope" with the pigtails, black jacket, and stick in her mouth cracks me up. She looks like she could be hired by the Girl Scouts to rough up anyone who doesn't pay for their cookies.
