www.ytmnd.com It's a site that hosts all these other sites. Here's the original that started it all.

They're all little mini sites that feature three basic things : Sound, picture, and Text. That's pretty much it. Oh, and Wikipedia knows.

They're just there for entertainment value.
They're made by putting up and image (usually an animated .gif) and a sound file.
The hard part lies in being original with them, though.
Here's a H*R related one I did.

Wow, Mazurkis, is that a real H*R sound file? I don't recall Marshie ever saying anything quite that frightening!

Very subtle moment. Yesterday I typed a full two pages of a lab report when the computer experienced an error and had to shut down. It didn't save. When I found this out, I exclaimed "Dernit!", much like Homestar in That A Ghost. My friend thought the way I said it was hilarious.

This is a forum moment, not a H* moment. A few days ago (Monday?) the following quote from Bush was on the Daily Show's Moment of Zen:
"I enjoy meeting with the Chinese president. He tells me what he thinks and I tell him what I think."

in my school parking lot a kid was changing the tires of his car and i heard him say to a friend who was looking at and touching a tire "dont touch the tire." and i thought about "the bear holding the shark" and laughed to myself. Also at lunch I burst out laughing 'cus i think about a random H*R thing and the other kids at the table are like "what the **** is wrong with you.

Also I quote Senor Cardgage all the time espesially by calling anybody "miss America" i can make good Senor cardgage quotes (not impressions i suck at those)

Oh, I had a good one today. I was in my science class, the professor was going over air pollution and smog and stuff like that. He said something, I don't remember exactly what, that made me think of a Strong Bad quote for some reason. I smiled a little, but it wasn't anything major enough to make me laugh out loud or anything. Then, RIGHT at that moment (the timing really couldn't have been better) he said something about how "the particles that enter the air form this witches brew of toxic blah blah blah"...

The timing was just so perfect. I got some pretty weird looks from other people due to the fact that I was trying way too hard not to burst out laughing. XD;

(and if that weren't enough, right after THAT happened someone's cell phone went off... by playing the Super Mario Bros. theme song REALLY REALLY LOUDLY. Seriously, it had to have been the loudest ring tone I have EVER heard, and I hear them about five thousand times daily. I really couldn't help but crack up at that... fortunately most of the rest of the class couldn't help it either, so at least I wasn't alone)

Toastpaintthinner: My mom has that ringtone. It IS way loud. But not her loudest. That's her Zelda theme one, which she always uses because it's easier to hear.

My mom is awesome.

Hehe. If my mom used a cell phone (and knew how to work it :P) I wouldn't be surprised if she used a Zelda ringtone too. She loves Link to the Past, and in fact her love of that game is the main reason the old SNES is still hooked up in the kitchen (of all the weird places to put a game system).

Yeah yeah, toast. With paint.

I was talking to this girl today and I was avoiding telling her something, and she said, "Look, just tell me what you think!" It was pretty awesome. Oh, and that was cool Saturn. Your HR moment. Um...yes.

I had a total "Cheat Commandos!" moment when in school they were showing some movie about making the right choices. Another time was when I played my math teacher in squash (don't ask why) and beat him. He said in a stupid voice "What is your malfunction?!?!" I laughed so hard I crapped my pants.

And Primey, I can see where you're going with the Valvoline symbol. It makes sense.

Not exactly a Homestar moment, more of a Strong Bad one:

I find myself being talked at by some very annoying girl I sit next to for Business class. After a brief lull in the conversation, she starts back up again, but before she can get more than two words out, I put up a fist and go "PSHHHHH!". Silence. Made my day.

well, this isn't much, but i had a weird thought: Strong Bad the sailor. you know, instead of sinbad.

Heh! Nice one, prime time!

Me, the most I can brag about is randomly tagging a few more white boards with The Cheats. Maybe I should try "4rt B4ndit" sometime soon.

i know. i am nice.

at school, we have these whiteboards that if you fold them back, they become blackboards.
bird-eye view: (you may have to quote this post to see it)

whiteboard whiteboard
in this diagram, the blackboard is obscured by whiteboard. you can fold the whiteboards back to reveal the blackboard, but nobody does. i draw H*R pictures in there.

I wish I had people that did that. Instead I just usually get scribbles and what looks like to be parts of Rap songs.

It's been a while, hasn't it? *dusts off her forum account* Heh, well, I actually don't have much... just one exceptionally hysterical bit.

A new car dealership opened near me, and, well, ho-hum, car dealerships are boring.

But it WOULD have to be owned by a guy named Matt Chapman, wouldn't it? I'll have to take a picture next time the bus drives me, it's obnoxious and oddly hysterical.

We also started serving pea soup at my Bennigan's. Because, clearly, my managers want me to laugh everytime some orders soup.

I also can't stopp announcing that I 'got ye flask' every time I buy a bottle of mountain dew (despitte it CLEARLY not being in a flask). And I got Jenny to label one of her walls 'Dennis' =P
