Maybe he has laryngitis, but recorded that right before he got sick.

I liked it, especially the Floating Head of Doom, but I would've preferred a toon or SBemail.

But I've got to appreciate what I get, since it's free and all.

One of the better main pages.

It'd be awesome if there made a normal version of this main page, just for comparison. They could make it accessible right from the behind the scenes page.

That would be awesome.

I loved this main page. Very creative idea. *Applauds*

I love it! :D I thought the virus main page was the most clever idea TBC have ever had for a main page, but they somehow managed to outdo themselves!

I love seeing the inner workings of Free Country U.S.A. First time here and Fluffy Puff commercial were great, because seeing Homestar in front of a camera was great. Same with this.

Is it just me, or did anyone of you other people laugh hysterically when you saw The Cheat fall out of nowhere?

Have any of you noticed this but, If you click store and then downloads right when homestar #2 gets to about the middle, When the cheat falls, he appears behind homestar?

Funny, this is the first we have seen of SB in like, a month! It's cool, but how do you get to it from the other main pages?

I guess TBC hasn't put the little link on the other pages. What you'll have to do is either type in the adress, or wait for the 'What's New' baloon to mention the new main page and click on that.

There's a #23 bubble in the lower-left corner of every main page. It's been there since yesterday morning.

Ahh....yes. I see now. Just needed to clear the cache. But I do have another problem the Rando button of the navigation bar isn't working. It did it earlier, and even with the cleared cahce among other things, it still doesn't work.....hmm...

When they updated the navigation bar so that the "home" button would go to main23, they broke the rando button.

I think it could of been better as mentioned.

Like have one of the Homestars be Fabrosi, maybe the one walking by, or the one on the main page and when you hit one of the buttons it turns the whole thing around and you see the mustache and realize that it's fabrosi there instead of the original homestar like you thought at first, ha!

Also when the piece of wood falls on HS's head he makes a weird sound and the effect looks kinda crappy as well. It's not real bad, but it's one of my lesser favorite pages.

That doesn't sound too bad. I would have liked to have one of the buttons show the front, and like, have the set fall down, without Homestar noticing.

bah you guys like anything TBC make when it's new... the next main page will be the best ever just like the last one was.

lol.

It was a good idea, but executed poorly. If they REALLY want it to look right... that plank behind Homestar wouldn't be there because you could see it on the other pages... all buttons and even the text on them should be flipped backwards too (like on the latest news button thing in the corner) because that would be funny and less confusing. Having it half and half makes it more confusing than it should be. When I first saw it, I didn't get what it was all about.

Personally, I could definitely have lived without it or it would have been better if it was done a little bit more coherently. I still think the virus page is better and the best so far.

1. Actually that plank could only be for this page. It's a generic main page, and doesn't correlate with the others.
2. Take it from the point of the characters. If this was a stage, wouldn't it be easier for you to see the words in the right direction?

For those people who didn't know what was going on when they saw this:

That's why Coach Z explaining it is on the "toons" button.

...I could've phrased that much better.

I really like this main page, not the best one ever, but better than most of them.

As far as the second Homestar thing...

You know what I'm reminded of? An episode of Simpsons. I don't remember the context, but it was basically Homer saying something along the lines of how cartoons didn't have to make sense. After he finishes saying it, you see a second Homer walk by the window outside.

Does Homer have an unknown twin? Was it a clone? Was it his exact double? No. It was just the animators making a dumb joke.

It's the same with this. The Homestar with his back turned isn't Fabrosi, the one in the Senorial Day toon isn't Fabrosi, it's just TBC making a dumb joke like on the Simpsons. There's two Homestars in one scene. Why? Because it's a cartoon, and it doesn't have to make sense.

:P

QUICK EDIT: Not that there was much of that discussion in this thread, mind you, but I did see it mentioned. For the record, I never saw the mustached Homestar as Fabrosi...I always just thought of it as a joke.
