I'm the only one who said tht Homestar is still bad. I never liked him. He's cute and all, but the things he says is rarely funny or clever. I adore *Strong bad* though |

I adore *Strong bad* though Uhm... This poll is not about the character, it's about the whole Homestarrunner Dot Com. |

I have to admit, the site is getting worse. It just has been going down for me since virus. That's why recently I've been watching more Bonus Stage. |

i think the site has remained about the same funnyness since i started watching back in early 2003. the sbemails are becoming a little hit-or-miss now, but i really liked the new h'ween toon. there are times when quality declines and then comes right back up, so it averages out, and whoever said that the newer toons will be considered classics in the future is right, i went back and watched some of the newer sbemails i forgot about, and they seemed alot funnier months after they first came out. so yeah, i think h*r is doing just fine. |

I don't know. I think the site's still gewd. There hasn't been that much great stuff lately, but they're just going through a short period of not greatness. |

I think the site's still good. Not sure if it is as good as it was... The sbemails are only OK lately... but some other stuff has been pretty good. Stinkoman has definitely been a major thing I loved for 2005... Peasant's Quest was hillarious last year along with the movie trailer and preview trailer for it. The toons as of lately have been pretty alright... but the sudden lack of sbemails was both welcome and hated. I mean, I hate when that's ALL they do, but I also hate when they start not doing them at all or only one every month or whatever. Perhaps they are running out of good ideas/material for SBEMAIL? It's not that people are not sending them good concepts, I've sent them some good ones... about things such as sleep deprevation (staying up all hours) etc.... they never answered any. I'm not griping they didn't answer mine, I'm just saying that is not such a bad idea and I'm sure there are like 50,000 other people sending in good ideas too. So.... when the site loses it's ability for it's fans to directly interact with it (Sbemail) then I think it will start getting "worse." |

Aaaand toast paint, frankly I find that homestar to be more funny now than he once was, I mean look at the toons from 1997 to 2000, He was kind of bland between those years, but now since TBC has evolved the're the characters personalities the're more colorful and funny, the noid wrote: Unlike Your jokes dont post that I did it for You.

Uhh...dude, I wasn't meant to offend you. I was saying they have a right to an opinion, thats all. Also, you offended me when you called me spoiled. Also, I wasn't going to type that. I'm not mean. I've only sen you make a joke like...once, so I can't judge them. Hmm...well, on the subject of it losing it's charm, let's just see if the next toon can make it better for some of those who think it's getting worse. |

I would have to say that the quality of Strong Bad emails has decreased, probably due purely with their high number. Even a good SBemail these days seems a little disappointing to me. But it seems that TBC have realized this and that is why they are not getting updated as often anymore. As for the rest of the site, the new toons or shorts are pretty decent. Though there are a few (such as "Cool Things", "Trogdor Con '97", or "Bug in Mouth Disease") which seem to have no storyline whatsoever. H*R is still strong. But it seems to me that when it dies it will be a good thing because then it'll go to TV! Yeah! |

I dunno. I think the "Space Program" email was one of the best yet. I mean, Grilled Cheese
I think that H*R has progressively been getting funnier, personally, though at the same time as been getting progressively more "duddish". It's becoming hit and miss. I don't think you can look back on the KOT episode and tell me that's funny. Really. It should be in the museum. |

you guys are getting a little off-topic, but i want to say that I updated my opinion. H*R is DEFINITELY going downhill. I didn't like the thanksgiving toon or space program. BUT- i didn't lose hope, i know that TBC will have a good email or toon soon and will keep making them. I just think they feel a lot of pressure to make them quickly and they are having trouble getting good ideas so they aren't as good. I hope they make some more games cause I think I like those even more than toons. PQII would be awesome, or some kind of cheat commando game(okay this is getting off topic) |
