Are those the original sketches from when he got Jury duty right after quiting his day job, or is this perhaps a second jury duty? I'm not sure how often it happens in the states, would twice in 5 years be unheard of?

It's not unheard of, but certainly above average. Maybe they really are from 5 years ago, since they look nothing like the homestar runner characters now. They could be quite old.

It could be, but a couple of those could've been prototypes for what we see today...

Agg, the Homestar with a bowl on his head.

The Butter Toast Wizard deserves a cartoon.

HE ALSO DESERVES A TOPTD! :eekdance:

Hey, has anyone ever thought this might be in response to that birthday card we sent? I sort of doubt it, but it may be possible.

Um, I'm guessing that was before the end of October?

Lucky lucky.

Not only did the wiki get much needed moneys but this totally drops a train on the question of if TBC know about our site.

Yeah, we already knew TBC knew and supported our wiki, just not this much.

I doubt it as well. Probably a random act of kindness (or maybe he was a little late for the drive?).

Yay, Matt.

I think they were just looking for the email with The Cheat's angry eyes, and thought "Hey, let's make a donation"

No kidding. Those letter sketches are going to provide me with all sorts of fodder for avatars. I'm gonna make one from that little coffee cup dude right now!

I must say that this is quite amazing. I never thought of TBC donating to the Wiki even though they knew about it. So, I guess the Wiki's going to survive another month because of them and other people  .

Fan-freakin'-tastic! In fact, think that goes beoynd "fan-freakin'-tastic" and into the category of "officially RAWKSOME." The King of Buttered Toasts reminds me of the Butter Battle Book! Doesn't he?
