I know this has been ABP'd a million times, but I couldn't find them. Ahh, well.

Yeah, I really like this song, especially the breakdown, but they need a better singer, he just can't hit the high notes he's going for.

ultraklystron? I knew that there was a Strong Sad rocks out song by The Skate Party. Unless it's the same band and I'm not completely getting it.

Maybe it's a cover song.

An obscure song by an obscure band covered by another obscure band.

It makes perfect sense!

I think you've got your bands wrong, man.

Strong Sad Rocks Out (Each Day We Die A Little More) is by the Skate Party. Tribute to Homestar Runner and Teen Girl Squad are by Strike Four (formerly known as Salsa Commodity).

Betta' reco'nize.

Sorry for the "shameless plug", but there is a way you can listen to streamed versions of the songs mentioned in this thread.

They are contained in The Cheat's Music Player Second Edition.

Once loaded, simply click the "previous track" button (|<) to play "Strong Sad Rocks Out" by Ultraklystron.

Hope you find this helpful.

Ultraklystron did indeed cover The Skate Party's "Strong Sad Rocks Out," and also did a great original tune called "He's Homsar." They used to be available for free online, but no longer. Both can be heard on The Cheat's Music Player, but unfortunately they're pretty compressed. I might upload the originals (256kbps MP3s) somewhere if enough people want them.

The paper: Where do all those songs come from? Did people from your site just submit them in? Some of them are pretty cool.

Hmmmm... I'd probably download them if you ever uploaded it.

So, I've heard Ultrakestyr or whatever's cover of the song (Strong Sad) cause it's on that music player. Is the original available anywheres?

No no no.
Both songs are by Very Low Sodium Band, but later they changed their name to Salsa Commodity (who released "Tribute To Homestar Runner, Live" on their one and only album. Later, Salsa Commodity became Strike Four.
