| Post subject: | The Next Collaboration Between H*R and TMBG |
When They Might Be Giants began collaborating with The Brother's Chaps, it was like watching two wonderful animals mating and birthing a beautiful super-organism. But I digress. I was listening to "Experimental Film" earlier today and began wondering when these two beautiful animals will mate next. I personally think it would be cool if they showed up in some unexpected place, like in the next Marzipan Ansering Machine. This would be particularly fitting because of their now-famous Dial-A-Song service. Does anyone share my sentiments? |

Yeah, it would be awesome of one of them guest starred at a Marzy Answering machine. Or TBC could do another video. But I definitely want TMBG to appear again. |

Of course it'd be fab to see another collab (Marzi answering machine? That'd probably rock my world, since the answering machine is among my favorite segments). Hmm. Let's hope the future does hold more for these two creative forces. Until that day, I shall return to the puppet jams off of Everything Else vol. 1 and ... draw plans for my own puppet Homestar >>; Obsessed? Who, me? |

Ya, definitley. It's hard to find any TMBG stuff in the stores near here so I'd love to hear more of their stuff. |

I'm not really a TMBG fan, or at least I don't have any of their CDs or anything. I did like the Experimental Film a lot and if they did another thing like that it would be really cool. |

They may do something else together. That was the only time that I listened to a TMBG song when they did "Experimental Film." However, it's very possible that that was a one time deal. |

Well, they did some Puppet Stuff together and provided the music for "Different Town". I don't see why they wouldn't team up again. Does anybody know what their most recent collaboration was? |

Yeah, i'd love to see some more TMBG collaboration. Something different from the puppet stuff though. Maybe another music video or TBC could do a toon where none of the characters speak and the entire toon is visually played out and TMBG could do the bg music. That'd be cool. I should e-mail strongbad about that... that'd be a cool sbemail. |

They should appear in a cartoon as a "house band". |

Ooh. Yes please. Anything'd be awesome. Soo cool. A Marzipan Answering Machine would be perfect. I wish dial-a-song would start working again. |

Another music video would be awesome, but I share the sentiments that it'd be funniest if they just randomly showed up, in animated form, in a toon. What d'you suppose those'd look like? *Suddenly has the venue song "Trees" stuck in her head* Oooh, tell the moon you saw the serpent got the sword and walked among the... treeeees! |
