Looks like the only idea this animator has is making fun of other cartoons and stuff. Yeah... not cool

Though "Recycle Binned!" was kinda funny.

Seriously, take down that link or add a rather large warning to it...
"Rampant violence, gore and swearing, not safe for kids or anyone else" should do the trick.

And meh. It wasn't particularly funny, but I don't see why revenge should be on the menu... you've never heard of "parody"?
Come on, it's on somethingawful... did you really think it was going to be funny?

yeah, A Good parody, but this takes it way to far, i hope they take legal action against it.

Seriously, look up parody. I'm 100% sure that what they did with H*R is lgal, no matter how much you dislike it.

I'm no lawyer, but this is not copyright infringement. Parody is protected speech. You may be like me and find this distasteful, but freaking out won't do anything. The best thing to do is just not watch it again.

Don't take it so seriously! What's wrong with making fun of H*R? I love H*R, but ya know, it's fair play to be able to parody something. Can't you find something funny out of all that? It was a bit vulgar, but I thought the part where Strong Mad killed Marzipan and StrongBad slowly raised the gun to his head... lol... was pretty funny.

Who cares if they make fun. Because H*R is funnier than that guy and his toons anyway.

Some guy? SOME GUY? His name is Dave Kelly and he is awesome and this is the funniest Flash Tub in quite a while. Don't forget to tab for an easter egg that's a complete MAM parody.

Did you see the first edition of Tub Bites? It made fun of fan wikis. :3

oh and I put a warning in the OP, this stuff is not for the kiddies.

I will defend it but not because of any BS connection, as the episode of BS that Shmorky was on also happened to be terrible. I will defend it as a Something Awful fan.

Oh come on, guys. That was pretty friggin' funny. The "Mice and Men" parody was great, the fact that they got PVP and Penny Arcade with the same gag made me laugh, and it's damn obvious the creator is a fan of everything he was parodying, given how carefully he emulated all of it.

I kinda enjoyed it. They were totally on the spot with some lines ("I was just returning your '80s reference!") and I got a big kick out of the Of Mice and Men homage. In my opinion, the funniest parodies are the ones of things I love. That said, toward the end it rather veered toward the crass for crass' sake, which interests me less. At any rate, if you're a H*R fan and are upset by this simple work of parody (and everyone above is absolutely correct--parody, whether tasteful or otherwise--is constitutionally protected speech), you ought to loosen up. Maybe you don't find it funny, but what's wrong with other people enjoying it? Let them have their fun.

:eek: It was... ok, I guess. A bit distasteful, but I've seen alot worse, so I got no major beef with it, and I guess I liked some of it. The PVP and Penny Arcade bits made me laugh a bit. The rest of it was just meh-esque.
