Why did they get rid of homeschool winner?

At least senor gets a cameo appearance every now and then, but homeschool is gone forever.

I'd like to see some silly cameo appearance, like Strong Bad has him tied up in his attic or something, never to see the light of day again. Just something quick like that to shut all the fans up.

Did we ever decide whether he has an overbite or a big nose?

I'd kind of like to see a really, really brief mention of him in a cartoon sometime, like maybe someone is drinking milk and the carton has a picture of Homeschool with "Have you seen me" under it. :P But I don't think they should bring him back and make him a major character or anything, he'd just seem a little out of place now.

I'd love to see Homeschool in a toon. But it would be weird. What would his voice sound like? I imagine it kinda like the PBTC Homestar.

I kind of like the cameo idea, myself. Like if there were a crowd scene, perhaps he could scroll by juuuust out of sight, or maybe being chased by the Unguraits weilding ninja weapons.

But that's just me.

Thanks, Dactyl.

But you never know. As it was said before, Senor occasionally pops up, so maybe it's a possibilty. Perhaps if one of them travels back in time and visits the Dance Stage, they'll still be there, waiting and hoping.

Yeah, but he should start having cameos all the time, for no reason.

NO, don't bring him back. TBC got rid of him for a reason. TBC obviously know what they were doing. :homsar: is alot funnier than homeschool could ever be.

Right on.

I wonder why people are so obsessed with Homeschool. He only appeared once or twice, as cameos. He was never a real major character, and never should be. We already have an awesome Homestar clone, Homsar.

You know Homescool is just a gag by TBC based on one of their friends/aquantances calling Homestar Homeschool, right?

Or so we know. It's impossible to say that. What if Homeschool was even better than Homsar? It's hard to make a statement like that.

Myehh, Homeschool is never going to have an appearance and no one should get worked up about it. :| If he ever does, it should just be a random gag (like being tied up in Strong Bad's attic or something like that).

Or maybe they could start a "CAN YOU FIND HOMESCHOOL WINNER IN THIS E-MAIL!?" and claim that he'll be hidden in all of the e-mails when he really isn't.

I think that when someone sent in the email 'Homsar', they brought Homeschool back, but they just needed to make him a little more deformed, and they had to call him 'Homsar' since that was what the emailee called him. Homsar wears the same colour shirt, has the same colour... let's just call them 'shoes', and is a weird version of Homestar. Bringing Homeschool back would upset the balance.

I don't think they can bring him back, anyway. According to 'Sample of Style' on one of the SBEmail DVDs, they killed him off, probably because they broke his 'magic voice tube'. (They almost had to kill off Bubs as well, but obviously fixed his magic voice tube somehow!)

Homeschool should remain dead, Homsar is here now. Although, it would be funny if we could see his grave or something... maybe in the next Halloween toon?

I would love it if he was found in Strong Bad's attic, tied up, trying to get the tape of his mouth...

Yeah, neither Homeschool nor the Unagratis made it into any of the toons so it's best that you forget about them.

Plastique beat me to the punch!!!

But anyway, I think we've been over this a few times. The Brothers Chaps aren't going to return Homeschool because

a) Since he technically never did anything ,he'd be a new character, and they've specifically mentioned not adding any new characters,
b) They probably get lots of emails about it - daily. Bringing him back would be liek answering "How do you type with boxing gloves on?" or showing Strong Bad's parents. It just wouldn't be right.

So is Homsar, and that guy is way too popular for what he is: annoying.
