It's a
setting we have turned on that they don't.
It makes it easier to put links in running text on Wikipedia: you can link to, for example, the wikipedia article on Money with either:
It cost a lot of [[money]].
or:
[[Money]] is the root of all evil.
And either will work, will have the correct capitalisation in the sentance, and not need to be piped.
Whereas on HRWiki, since pretty much everything is a name, either of a character or a toon, the capitalisation will be pretty constant, so this advantage isn't really that prevalent. And a lot of the H*R corpus (namely all the emails) start with a lowercase letter, so we'd have to be throwing the "technical limitations" headers all over the place. Hence we turn the option on.
