I have a more technical question. Does anyone know what framerate Mike animates at in Flash? I find their animating style interesting and intriguing.

I think it's 24fps, but I could be wrong. We do have a wiki that may hold some answers, but I haven't checked yet, so I may be wrong. Anyone know for sure?

I don't know the exac numbers either, but I do know that they change their framerate depending on what their doing. For example, TGS has a lower framerate than regular cartoons. However, TGS issue 10, due to the 3D spinning, has a higher framerate than both TGS and the regular cartoons. I assume you're looking for their normal cartoon framerate, however, so I'm not sure how much help that is (And whetehr or not you'd already known that)

Swiff Player tells you the framerate.

This was also confirmed by TBC at Flashforward 2006.
