I hate the fact that my wireless mouse's batteries died (as posted earlier in this thread), and that my printer decides to run out of black ink.

ON THE SAME FREAKIN' DAY!!!

Grrr, I'm pet peeved!

I hate it when I drop my wireless mouse on the floor and it freaks out and starts acting wierd [sic].

I also hate moving. (We are helping some people move)
And having to set up a router and a network and a new email account.

And I always get ticked when a light bulb goes out and I can't find another.

That bugs me too, and I never seem to have enough light globes. For a while at my last apartment I was just transferring them from light to light, so I had about 4 lamps without lightbulbs in them because my ceiling fixtures had burned out.

I also hate cleaning the kitty litter. It's my turn today and I'm really dreading it.

I just realized that a lot of the recent posts in here are indeed "pet" peeves. Like, we're complaining about our pets. Never mind.

I Took my car into a student-type place it get it fixed yesterday. It's called BOCES, and it's where student (Highschool, usually seniors) learn how to do all types of crazy crap. There's baking classes, auto classes, cosmetology classes. The kid replaced my thermostat in my radiator, but put it in wrong. Then he poured in the coolant. The way the thermostat was in caused the housing seal to crack and there was radiator fluid all over the place. I had to get a ride from AAA. And I was an hour late to work. The teacher wasn't there either because he had to deal something about a fight. Now my cars in the shop for a while...yarr. But I did get a new compy.

Whoops, my bad. Can't say that I haven't. But I think it's fun to try to make a little fun at peoples usernames. I'm always calling AgentSeethru something esle, like Agentman, or Transparent man. All in good fun though.

Mine would have to be my Internet, which is crappy MSN Dial-Up. Getting a good connection speed takes about half an hour, and even then the best I can hope for is about 42 kbps... :sm:

A new pet peeve somewhat related to Mr. Sparkle's: unwanted nicknames. As I've mentioned before, my name is Hilary, leading tons of people to call me "Hil". And I freakin' hate it! That's got to be the worst-sounding nickname of all time. And people continue to call me that, even after I've asked them not to.
A girl I used to work with called me Hilbert, which was cute, so I let that slide. But otherwise, I hate when people shorten my name! Are three syllables so hard to get through?

New Pet Peeve: People who change their names wayyyyyyyyyy too 'frigging much. You are supposted to pick a name and stay with it, not change it every 5 min. I can't keep track of them!

Man, MHG, I never thought of you as a Hilary.

I thought of you as more of a Michelle, or Tina or something...

Huh.

Say what now? Hehehe, that has to be the funniest thing I've ever heard! There's not a whole lot you can do with PizzaTrophy. I've only had Trophy and PT.
Any other creative namecalling is weclome (just not the nasty kind!)

How many guys enjoy being accused of wearing a tutu?

It doesn't bother me.

Mainly because he only calls me that in the Comeback thread.

In regards to the name thing, my first name is Justin. So, take a guess what I've been called. Just in time, just incredible, just in case, ect. Gah, it gets so freaking annoying after the 2nd grade.

I wish I could tell you my last name, so you could see how tough I've had it.

Ben-Gay? That's nothing.

Ok, ok, here comes the bomb shell, my last name is Lake. That's right, Justin Lake. Let the Justin Timberlake references come. It's not like I haven't heard them since 7th grade. Yarr...

Hehehe, thats pretty bad!
My name's Melissa, so I get Mel (good), Melly (good), Smell (bordering on bad), Smelly (not so tolerable), and ball bag from some guy at my work. He's funny though, so he doesn't mean it. He calls everyone that!
But people mispronuncing my last name peeves me off. The 'H' is silent!!!!

New peeve: Not being able to concentrate on my assignment
Newer peeve: Australia not having a Bill of Rights. If we had one, I wouldn't have to be analysing why we dont have one!!
