Okay, I need to lose 40 pounds in 6 months if I want to have an awesome and sexy Senior year.

I have a plan:

Replace ALL soda's with Coke Zero where available, and Diet coke where Coke Zero isn't, Eat a good breakfast, and riding my bike for at least an hour every day except tuesdays and thursdays.

Now then, with all of that said and done, whats a good and hearty and easily acquired breakfast that I can have every morning and eat fast?

A good breakfast that you can eat every day...instant oatmeal. Mmm.

also, try not to drink any soda at all. Drink cranberry juice or something instead, or like apple cider or even water. And go to the gym if you can, that's what I've been doing. Lost about 25 pounds this semester.

Though it's easier to get good exercise when you're at college and the gym is within walking distance and a membership is included in your tuition.

I was thinking Instant Cream of Wheat, but okay. Second, I need Soda in my life. Its not so much the soda, its the caffeine; I need it to survive, and Coke Zero has zero calories, so its arguably better than drinking regular coke. Third, there are no Gyms near by, and the school doesn't allow anyone into the weight room unless you're in Athletics, which I currently am not because I got those credits already. I've substituted it with, of course, riding my bike every day except tuesdays and thursdays because your body needs rest too.

I also walk for about ten or fifteen minutes every weekday while carrying a 10 pound backpack, so thats whats been keeping me at my current weight all year.

Okay, so my plan is now: Cream of Wheat each morning, Drink Coke Zero and alot of water, ride the bike, and use the Gazelle every tuesday and thursday for 30 minutes just to keep in the mood of exercising.

Hopefully, by August or October, I'll have lost 40 pounds or so.

EDIT: Also, what do you guys think of Spastikom Records?

Protip: Salsa has like zero atk, but your partner is awesome. Just use skills and defend during battles.

Fun fact: One of Dusters legs is smaller then the other due to sickness as a child. That's why he walks with a limp. I like to imagine that in battle he uses his small leg as a club.
