Ah yes, Crash Bandicoot and Spyro Bandicoot were both good trilogies on the Playstation, then came the cheap-os in the PS2 Generation.

Crash Bandicoot I was the hardest thing ever. You could only save once every 4 levels and my copy was scratched up really badly.

I played the original Crash a while back. Really not as great as 2 or warped, which was GODLIKE. C'mon, Crash on a motorcycle? What a bad***!

Crash on a motorcycle was awesome. The secret level with the aliens was wicked hard.

Do you remember
Image
when Mike still looked good
he was young and innocent then

Do you remember (I bet you remember)
Those special times
They just play on and on
In the back of my mind

Do you remember the time
that Michael Jackson
Do you remember the time
When he was black, girl

because I sure don't.

Great, now I've got a new song stuck in my head.

I just remembered something involving Windows, The Magic School Bus, and learning how to use said operating system. It was on the old computer one night on one of the first days that we got that thing in '97, and that was it.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I miss searching for the treasures in Wario Land and the crystals in Kirby's Dream Land 2. Those were my favourite Game Boy games and I brought them everywhere. I eventually found them all, but it took months of exploring in the days before Gamefaqs. Imagine my surprise when I found Wario Land had an entire hidden world.

What do they do for Honeycomb commercials now?

Enlarge children's mouths to ginormous proportions, usually emitting a belch, asking if you've got the right size mouth to fit the big pieces into. Followed by the tagline, "Big mouths wanted".

Hah, those were two of my favorites, too.

When you're a kid, nothing's cooler then finding a secret level or hidden ending...I must've spent weeks trying to find those stupid Rainbow Drops or whatever they were called.

Does anyone remember the EXTREME pet games, like Dogz and Catz? I don't know if they still make them, but when I was seven, Dogz was actually a pretty fun gameboy game.

I guess there are a lot of seven year olds in the DS market.

I just got back from Kroger and bought Honeycomb. Now it's some weird whitefro dude named "Beeboy".

They also shovel them out on the Wii, thinking that the Wii demographic will buy them up (when they don't).

No, you're making it all up in your crazy mind.

Since we're on the topic (somewhat) of cereal, whatever happened to good Cocoa Puffs? If you tasted a box of Cocoa Puffs back in the day and ate some now, jeez, you know what I'm talking about.
I think they stopped putting so much sugar, and then they followed suit with the whole grain fiasco.

That rooster was so cuckoo, he decided his own Cocoa Puffs were better, if you know what I mean.

I'm not sure if you meant that to be like that, or if my mind's in the gutter, but that sounds wrong.

Are you serial? I thought I was the only one who liked that movie. That's how it is at school.
That air conditioner guy creeped me out beyond belief when I was little.

Remember when people ate real cereals, instead of the cheap knock-off brands like "Cocoa Puffs". Or is it only my family that gets all the flavourless no-name brands?

Also "no-name brand" is an oxymoron. I just noticed that.

Malt-O-Meal cereals are fine to me.
