I am Einoo, and I approve of this statement.

Paid for by the Committee for Spending on Frivolous and Unnecessary Approvals

In a vaguely related statement, go Linz! Yay! Et cetera!

It didn't. I think that was a joke. I met the guy on a Codename: Kids Next Door forum. I haven't seen him anywhere online for over eighteen months, which is why I was wondering what happened to him.

Broke up. Er whatever.

The guy's still one of my best friends, and in that sense I love him like crazy. But it's nothing more than just a powerful friendship.

I don't think I like relationships. That was my first and only one, and it was really casual and everything, but it made me feel tied down. Like I had to know some new set of rules or something. And having anyone think they can try to pick you up in their arms is just...Awkward. (He tried once. Scared the crap out of me and embarrassed me beyond belief.)

...I have very large boundaries I guess. I'm pretty solitary.

I was considering a facepalm, but then I realized the irony.

So I'll just sigh and continue with my business.

Einoo, make more sense the next time you feel the urge to be condescending.

I have a crush on this girl in two of my classes. She's an anime fangirl and cosplayer. Convinced me to go to the local anime con, hence the CT Smith fedora I recently acquired.

What an annoying girl.
I bet she's been there all of three months.
Got a case of /b/meme-shouting syndrome.

....hmm.

That's a tough one.

My advice to you is try to get your license as soon as possible and get to know this chick (i'm assuming you're talking about 1 particular chick and not just wimminz in general) in the meantime. Other then that, I got nothin'.

Serious dating (i don't mean just saying you like each other and going to dances and all that crap) is pretty hard to do in highschool. Don't obsess over it.

If vehicles are the grounds for earning a relationship in your social area, then, in all honesty, you live in a terrible social area. Image

Dude, it's like that everywhere (as far as I know).

Besides, he's not saying cars are the only thing that matters, but having a driver's license can help a LOT.

Why a driver's license helps:
1. Easy access to girlfriends' house when you want
2. No awkward car rides with GF and your/her parents
3. Access to wherever the heck you want to go

^All this means that I can't ask her out until like November or so, or whenever I actually get a method of vehicular transport...

Oh well...
