We need to hold the parties in #hrwiki-forum. Apparently #hrwiki is used by actual wiki people and they hate our style. Who knew!

It has been three years since any of us lower-board types went on the chat. In that time, the wiki and forum communities have grown entirely apart. #hrwiki belongs to the wiki, not us.

From now on, to prevent drama, keep the conversations mostly towards #hrwiki-forum.

I'd say that we should all get together in bulk once a week or so, like the old chat parties we used to do. Then you...throw in some iSketch...and a few kegs of beer...and some SI music...and we're all set!

For the time being, you have to manually input the following into the text box:

The channel operator is some Wiki dude at the moment, but the admins here will probably receive channel operator powers later on. It'd be nice if It's dot com or someone else could make a #hrwiki-forum option available from the chat.hrwiki.org main page sometime in the near future. It'd just make things easier.

Indeed we have. You know something's messed up when I was told to get off the subject of a Forum vs. Wiki kickball game (or I think they told me to; I'm too tired and there were too many subjects to get off of in that chat to remember).

No matter, though. The Wiki stock prices shall crash, and I will be quick to buy the rest of the company and rebuild it from the ground up. Then there will be--dare I say it?--a Disktatorship!

Because old-school party times were awesome. Everyone was all psyched thinking it would be just like old times but then when we got there, there were all these mystery people we kinda walked all over.
