What are some things that are your Pet Peeves, in school or somewhere else?

I have one at school. People post signs on other people's locker (which is fine), but the signs say something like: "gOoD lUcK jEsSiCa! bEaT gArFiElD!" This annoys me because I have a habit of correcting people's grammar, or as IJ once said: I'm a "Grammar Nazi".

I actually put some pet peeves up on my Wiki userspace a long time ago. To paraphrase the Beatles song "You know my name, look up the userpage." (note: my pet peeves may make me sound crankier than I already am)

I've only had a sign on my locker once, and that was when a teacher put signs up saying good luck for the Academic Triathlon state meet. Unfortunately, some jerk tore it up before the end of the day. Meh, it ain't easy being unpopular.

I'm a grammar freak as well, but, seeing how nearly all my friends couldn't care less about it, I've learned to just go along with them. I save all my good grammar for you peoples. ;)

Bad grammar. I can't stand that.

I'm usually called "The Grammar Terrorist."

Oo...A party of grammar freaks! I am too..(except for capitalizing I's..). I'm more of a person that likes using good grammar...I don't really care enough to get peeved if others don't use good grammar.

Mine is when people try to talk about something that they know nothing about and try to convince everybody that they do know what they are saying. And they fail, miserably. Then I laugh at them.

I always just correct people on their grammar without me knowing it. They seriously hate me for that. The main thing that comes up is "I did GOOD on that test!". That just annoys the crap outta me.

The main reason I pick on your posts in particular is that you insult people on here and constantly post spam. That's really the whole thing of it, but yeah, I try not to be annoying.

It doesn't work very well with past-tense verbs, i.e. "attacked'd!"

Sooo... "Attacked'd" would sound like Strong Bad going: "Attacked!...'D!"

Stupid slow-butt drivers are my main pet peeve. If you're going to drive thirty miles per hour when I'm trying to get to class on time, then for the love of Pete, get in the right lane. And ridiculously wealthy male drivers aren't much better -- weaving through traffic in their luxury mobiles, big fat rings on their pinky fingers, cutting us peon-types off just because they can. Ugh. Crazy ... male ... drivers!

And don't even get me started on SUVs. :sm: CHRISTA SMASH!

I hate it when in my Poli Sci class some people will not tolerate the opinions of others. They think that they are alway right and won't even bother to listen to what the other has to say. That and the whole thing with cars that Queenie said is something that I completely agree with.

I'm homeschooled. And all my siblings left home for either college, or work. It's boring around here. So I guess my list would be...

1. Math

2. I'd like to put a second choice here, but I can't think of one!

Biggest pet peeves for me:
1. People not believing me when I say I'm a muslim EDIT: Not anymore!
2. People not taking my writing or poetry seriously
3. Gamers who judge games on graphics
4. People in general, conservatives and reactionaries in particular
5. The kid in my english class who put up the screensaver that called me "a gay-ass satanic towel-head" (Well, at least they acknowledge that i'm muslim - which i'm not anymore -... )
6. People who say "OMFG Bush is such a cigarette! He's sooooo000oll stupid!" but no nothing about his policies and only critizice him becuase it's the "in" thing to do (and this is coming from a socialist!)
