Maybe it's because I used to be a big "Let's Play Pretend-er" myself (heck, I still am in a way--that's all writing fiction is, after all ;)), but I actually think that show's pretty neat. They somehow thought to combine pies and ninjas in one episode. PIE NINJAS. That's gotta at least count for SOME primordial level of awesomeness. Also, the songs are kinda catchy.

Also, although it's not really a "kidlet" show, it is a "kid's show," as in targeted at people between the ages of 6-11, so I think it is worth it mention Avatar. Which is like Arthur in that although aimed at kids, it's a great show regardless of your age, and I'm always surprised by its depth. But we're largely talking about littlest tiniest baby shows here, so moving right along... </bigavatarfan>
