Haben Sie ein gutes neues Jahr!

Me? I'm gonna be partying it up by playing Gears of War for hours with my cousin over Xbox Live. No way to celebrate the holiday any better, I'd say.

Sounds a lot like how my New Year's starts.
On a plane, doing nothing.

Yeah, I have to go to that plane now.
I'll be back around elevenish PM EST today (31st), and I'll let you guys know when I get home.
I'm on AA 71, if you want to track me.

Aww! Awwww! I wanna see Magical Mystery Tour!

EDIT: So, it took me half an hour into the new years that it was 2007. Gosh, it sounds a lot nicer than 2006, doesn't it?
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I'm hanging with 4 small children and 4 adults who like to make fun of me.

I really hope one of my friends calls and saves me from that.

Wait, wasn't it like 2006 a week ago?

I still remember what that one...guy predicted about 2006.

Well, tonight I'm playing videro games, watching Futurama NON-STOPZORZ, Interwebbing it up, eating hot fries, and drinking some drinks.

Sounds like a fine evening to me.

Wow. 2006 was a pretty big year for me. A lot of stuff happened to me. And I originally pictured myself making a big, speechlike post here about all the incredible stuff that's happened to me this year, but I thought against it. Why? Becuase, I'm lazy like that.

So 2007 looks like it's gonna be one heckuva year for me. Awesome fancy danish, ne?

Yes, let us revel in the joy we harbor upon knowing that Earth shall soon complete one generally arbitrary revolution around the sun. Let us marvel in the arbitrary number of the year, for it shall soon go up by exactly one. 2006-- wait, where did the six go? It's a seven now! What brings this blessing?! We shall celebrate heartily!

Well, it's still at least a chance to celebrate as if something relevant just happened. I'll enjoy the new year as it comes.

I like to think of New Year's as a "Our Species Has Gone One More Year Without Making Ourselves Extinct" celebration.

We're probably not making ourselves extinct anytime soon. Personally, I'd worry more about the other organisms that the human race is killing en masse.

Oh don't be so pessimistic you guys! :p

Me? Well I'll probably have used up my computer time by then, so I'll be watching TV. I wish I could be on Gabbly with all of you though. :-(

I am going to spend my New Years eve watching The Poseidon Adventure I figure kicking off the new year with a Gene Hackman movie will give me good luck... or some kind of Gene Hackman superpower. One of the two

I know it still is right now, but I want to get used to it early...
