Thanks to PT for coming back. I missed her.

Agreed'd'd'd! The people who helped out need to be thanked. We might not think that donating a dollar will make a difference, but those dollars add up. FAST. We raised $1,000 in school today alone.

Absosmurfly! Good Shepherd Lutheran Church offered it's tithes from last week to Hurricane Relief, and Faith Lutheran Church is taking a special collection through this month.

Here's a little bragging on my part. Two of my parishioners in Faith were instrumental in reuniting a lady with her family. Vivian Collins, a Red Cross volunteer, put the Red Cross Chapter here in Greenville in touch with Michael Smith, a pilot for Angel Flight. Mike flew the lady in his own private plane back to Texas, where another Angel Flight pilot was to take her the rest of the way home. There was even an article in the paper about it. But for some strange reason, they never mentioned that Vivian and Mike were members of Faith. Oh, well. I'm proud of them anyway!

Yeah!

TSA is cool, everyone who wants to leave just doesn't post enough to be noticed.

I'd just like to say this, MHG is one of the coolest people ever. She knows why, and that's why she's cool.
