No, it's easy; we don't see the posts he's made in the mod and admin forums. Therefore, it LOOKS like his APC is lower to us, but it's actually higher. We're just not allowed to see those posts.

IJ cheats. He doesn't really have as high a post count as that. Remember when--I think it was BTG?--topped his post count, and IJ set it back to 0?

In that case, I stand corrected. But there are people with way higher post counts than IJ.

If I were really tampering with my post count, why am I still 1,400 posts behind ramrod and 160 behind BTC?

As proof, I submit the following: The way the forum is set up, each user has an Official Post Count (found in their profile box), and an Actual Post Count (found by going to their profile page and clicking "Find all posts by..."). Now, the way the forum is set up, a user's OPC is always lower than APC. For example, as of this post, my OPC = 4332, but my APC = 8364. The reason OPC's are lower than APC's is because posts in certain boards of the forum (the Forum Games board, for example) do not count toward OPC. But not so with IJ. Somehow, his OPC (5012) is HIGHER than his APC (4742). The ONLY way this is possible is if ol' Darth Jones has been tampering with the numbers. So, considering that my APC is nearly twice Jones', I Rule! FOLDING CHAIR OF THWACKY +3 FOR GOOD MEASURE'D!!

Ju Ju Master, on the other hand, woke up on the right side of the bed and figured the actual Big Evil Secret: We keep a pretty active discussion going on in the hidden admin and sysop forums that you don't have access to. Right now they have a combined 1,540 posts, a few hundred of which are mine. These posts don't show up when you do "Find all posts by...", nor are they added to the "APC" that you see. Since I have access to those forums, however, I can see my real "APC" (click to see the full-sized image): Happy now? Edit: It occurs to me that something still isn't quite adding up, here, but the ways of phpBB ore very mysterious. Things get especially convoluted when threads get deleted, moved, locked, or merged, and it's safe to say that nobody on this forum with more than a couple hundred posts has an "APC" that truly, accurately reflects the actual number of posts they've made. I stand by the fact that I've never tampered with my post count, and I'm still very put off by Didymus' accusations.
