But before I finish let me leave with this: The reason that we were chosen to be mods is not because of blind obedience to the rules, we were chosen because we know when to be strict and when to be lax. We can't force strict adherence to the rules 24/7. That's fascism, fascism is not fun. If we did enforce the rules like that, there would be no one here but us mods. That's what we try to do. We try to make sure that people are having fun within the rules. When someone steps out of line, we let them know. Mods are not exempt, when we break the rules, we are told so.

Somm, you can't just view the rules as a collection of words to be interpreted literally. You have to understand the intent of the rules. I don't think that post by ramrod violates the intent of the admins.
