Ugh, I wish that I could get rid of these three pimples on my chin. Nothing is working against these things, not even poking them open with safety pins.

Only three?
Well, first off, popping pimples can lead to infection/scarring which makes the break outs worse so I don't recommend that.
Have you tried creams? Cleansers? Oil-free foundation? I know you're not a lady, BUT, if you put a nice oil-free foundation it'll help keep your skin nice 'n clear (and nobody should be able to tell, just remember to scrub it off every night).
Beyond that are pills (if you have a regular acne problem), but those can adjust to your body's chemistry and create acne that's more resistant. Urk!
I got it bad on my shoulders when I was a teen, and I got scarring from it.

Oh, I make plenty sure to disinfect the pimples the moment that I popped them. I'm not entirely fond of popping pimples, anyway; my mother was being psycho and basically forced me into having them stabbed with safety pins.

I also have used several different breakout pads and one type of cream for them, but all it's really done is give me dry skin and prevent the pimples from being a really noticeable red color. Eh, I guess it's more of a time thing; I didn't really start getting pimples on my chin until I started shaving and using the chinstrap to the helmet in lacrosse.

Dude my helmet gives me wicked bad chin acne in this one spot. Just get some little CVS treatment cream or something and wash your face well.

Yup. What the chin strap is doing is pressing against skin that's apt to being oily, and clogging it all up. You could try the foundation approach. It won't dry out your skin, it'll mute the existing red, and a lot of them have sunblock in them so you won't get burned on your face. :D

Well, the season ended for lacrosse several weeks ago, so it's probably more of a shaving thing at this point. :P
