PEEVE: The way my compy's acting right now.

Every time I tried to do anything with my recording program last night and this afternoon, it kept freezing up, forcing me to restart the compy several times, which usually takes FOREVER to do so while about 10 million background programs, most of which I don't even need, load up. I just had to uninstall my program (Screenblast Acid) and then reinstall it, and now it's not letting me re-register it online, which I need to do in order to use it! Argle. Computers make me so angry sometimes! X-(

Are they trying to slow the cars down by destroying their drive shafts? I mean, it's like someone was trying to make regular speed bumps, but decided to use ACME Brand Escalating Asphalt or something. Sheesh! Here's a hint, people! A speed bump only needs to be high enough to keep cars from going too fast; you're not trying to stop Hannibal from invading your apartment complex with a herd of elephants, for goodness sakes!
You never know when Hannibal will be comming for you Dids. You just never know. It's all a conspiricy. The speed bump people are in an alliance with the mechanics, so they get a cut of the repair cost to fix your car when you go over a speed bump.

Yeah that's great, ramrod, make Didymus conspiricy paranoid, like you.

Another peeve related to my current compy situation and being unable to re-register Screnblast - how the heck am I supposed to re-register on the phone if I can't talk to a customer service representative on weekends? But what am I thinking.... I probably wouldn't have even gotten anywhere with one even if they were available anyway. Argh, this situation is so aggravating - I have recording commitments, people! X-(

Yeah, I know, I suppose customer service really isn't an original peeve, but whatever.

It's so annoying trying to get it down, and sometimes, it never does.

School.

Dropping pencils, taking tests, boring teachers, long classes, messy lunches, expensive (and terrible) food, art class, etc, etc, et-friggin'-c.

And it's only been a week.

Nooo.

Peeve: When people say they hate school and make it out like its the most horrible place that ever existed.

Feel free to call me a nerd, but I like school. School is where I met most of my friends and get to talk them on a regular basis. Sure, not every teacher or subject is going to be fun, but I enjoy some of my classes. Anyways, an education is important to make something of your life, and if you hate school so much, why don't you just get homeschooled?

Just my two cents.

PET PEEVE #3: When someone talks and brags and rants about something that they don't even know they'll receive/get/whatever. I mean, bragging about how you're going to get an Xbox 360 or something the day it comes out when you've never been able to save a penny in your life is just irritatin'. Another related thing to this is when people are positive that they'll get something for Christmas, when in reality they have absolutely no idea.

Getting an Xbox360 is nothing to brag about anyway. ;)

Peeve: People who post with only like 3 words in the post. Please make a significant contribution to the discussion, or don't post.

EDIT: Oh, this was said up there.

So I don't like school. It's not a fun place for me. I never even remotely went so far as to say that it was the worst place in the history of ever.

School is where I met most of my friends as well. I was homeschooled, but school seemed like a better choice. I didn't do too much during homeschooling, and never seeing my friends got boring. I was just saying that I didn't like school.

Again, I didn't make it out like it was the worst place ever, I was just simply stating that it annoyed me.

Here's a weird pet peeve that I have:

PET PEEVE #5: When people say they hate milk, and that they'll never drink it, and so on. I have no idea why this P.O.'s me so much. I mean, I don't even like milk that much, at least compared to other beverages. But I just hate it when people say they hate milk. Weird. I know.

I don't know anyone who hates milk, Teff. That seems bizarre.

Peeve: I have work on the first day of school. So not only am I getting up real early, I gotta come home and make pizzas for three hours. Fun.

You don't like milk, Fibby?

How do you eat cereal? What do you dip Oreos in?

It boggles my mind. ;)

No milk for me, please.

I eat cereal with a spoon, and I dip Oreos into my mouth.

Seriously, you set yourself up for that one. :)

If you only dip Oreos into your mouth, then you don't chew or swallow them.

And what do you POUR ON cereal? That's what I was asking, as I'm sure you know.

Toastpaint time, please.

That sucks. I hate the women who insist on wearinbg too much perfume. I get them at work a lot, I can smell these people from 5 aisles away.

What you don't get is, they paid you to work for 8 hours. They would be losing money if they send you home early. Guess what, it's not like tht only happens to you. C'est la vie, mon ami, c'est la vie.

I had about ten slinkies, but every one of them ended up either tangled or straightened.

How do you straighten a Slinky? Doesn't that involve actively twisting it so that it straightens out?

It's no one's fault but your own.

And Einoo? That's why plastic Slinkies are the bee's knees.

Skill man, it takes skill. That and a lot of free time. I'm an only child, so there was a lot of free time.

But why even bother straightening one, that's what I mean. If it's a pet peeve, why did you do it?

Oh well. Toastpaint.

My plastic slinky got tangled. I've got fixing those things down to a science. It takes a lot of time, though.

Once, when I was a young boy (like a month ago!) I had a plastic slinkey. I tangled it. I couldn't get it un tangled so I decided to cut it. That does not work. It fell apart. Not good. Too many seperate sentences.

My newest pet-pevve is the smell of paint.
I hate it especially right now, because my dad and I are painting all of our bathrooms. And it stinks, and I hate it. But, I do get money for helping my dad, so that's pretty cool.

iKi, you have raised an entire ew peeve within me: me not getting any allowance.

My mom says she doesn't pay me an allowance because I never help her with anything. Then I say she never asks for help with anything, and she says I never ask IF I can help. Regardless, she MAKES me do the laundry anyway, and she used to pay me an allowance (3 dollars a week, la-dee-freakin-da) for it but quit with that.

Grrrrrrrr.

LAURA WANT MONEY!

All I have in my wallet is saved-up birthday money.
