COFFEE...GOOD!
NOT COFFEE...EVIL!

Seriously. I liked insomnia much better when it was just me staying up late for point. This waking up at O'Dark Thirty and not being able to sleep freaking sucks. Now I have to go to work, and I'm going to be tired and cranky all day.

Why don't you take those pills that help you sleep soundly throughout the night? I've used them before, and they're not too bad. The only problem is trying to wake up. Oh, how I love a nice sleep...

That's the problem. When I take them, I wake up groggy (and without real grog, too). And what's the difference between being cranky and groggy? When I'm cranky, I can still drive without wrecking my truck.

I have a similar problem --- not wanting to awaken when the alarm activates. I think I need a more obnoxious alarm clock.

Peeve:

Argh! SCHOOL!

So much has changed since last year! Besides the fact that it's 7th grade and not 6th grade.

Stuff that Sucks:
1. Math is Way Harder.
2. I Just Got My First Failed Test Ever.
3. That was in Health, the Easiest Subject Ever.
4. Hooligans Jason and Grant.

They push my desk back and forth in Social Studies as a GAME. I have to endure sitting next to Jason in Homeroom, French and Science as well. And now today Grant was telling Jason to /stop/ pushing my desk around in Social Studies. What the crap, man?

Stuff that's Just Plain Confusing:
1. Alycia, former Popularity Queen, hated by all, head-cheerleader-prom-queen type, you know, fell from her throne and became the least opoular person ever, AND the crowd I used to hang around with now hangs around with her. The same crowd that used to hate her guts just as much as the rest of us.
2. BOYS who never even talked to me are now having discussions about books they've never even read with me.

Everything is going insane!

Welcome, Roasty, to the Wonderful World of Adolescence.

My pet peeve of the day?

I'm tired. I had to run two miles in gym class, and I have work in 47 minutes.

Buhh.

New peeve: Teacher's who insist they're right when they aren't

Today we had a special teacher in math class who gave a letcure on logic and stuff like that. So it all goes fine, and everything is way too simple - it's common sense! - so I'm tired, with my head on my desk, (but still listening) Then thre teacher asks for some bolunterers to do some "game". Still tired, I don't colunteer, but sheb gets three people and tells them that she has some blue stickers and green stickers. She says that she's going to put either a green sticker or blue sitcker on their forehead so they can't see it. Anyways, she puts a green sticker on each of their foreheads and tells them to raise their hands if they see at least one sticker on the other kids' foreheads. Sothey all raise their hands. Then she asks them to try to find out what color nthey have without talking to anyone else. So after a little while one of the colunteers says "It's impossible," so the teacher goes and explains this:

She says "I' going to put myself in (Girl 1)'s mind. She's going to be thinking, "Lets assume I have a blue sticker," and she'll realize by herself she can't fidn out, so she'll put herself in (Girl 2)'s shoes and think that she'll be thinkiing that same thing as (Girl 1) is, which means (Girl 1) has a green sticker.

WHAT? That makes no sense! Then soem kids explain taht it's still jsut a geuss and she explains the same thing again about three times, and it still makes no sense.

So that's my day story. I'm surprised you read the whole thing, and IU'll be even mroe surprised if it made sense.

Or like cutting your fingers on one of them steel sponges, and them getting Ajax in the cuts. Now that went from a small pain to a freaking huge one.

You know what, Ace?

I'll trade you my gym class for your geometry class, how'll that be?

As long as there are NO two-column proofs. I was not able to do a single one last year.

I have two freaking gym classes a week, though. There's barely enough time to do anything, since we only have 42 minute periods, and about 20 of those minutes are spent getting changed. At least it's the last class of the day, so I don't have to shower. ;)

Gym is a High Schooler's recess. I loved gym. I was a gym class MVP.

Gah, Geometry royally sucks. I had to take the state regent back in my Junior year, and my test score were as follow : 29, 36, 66. Passing grade is a 65. But if you add my forst two score up, I just barely passed....only if that really worked though.

You and me both, sister! I call mine "The Delta Blues." Cause I'm in the Delta. And I'm blue. No, not like those guys Ian likes; you know what I mean.

Yeah, my Algebra teacher grades us based on our understanding of the equations, so we could get 'em wrong and then all we had to do to get full credit was to ask her to do the problem for us on the overhead and then we'd have to copy it down.

But now I do that less and less now because since we never use our book I never knew how helpful it was.

Thing is though...it doesn't happen a lot, but it's not entirely random either.

Stupid freshmen do that here. Or at elast did that. The problem got so bad that I commented that although we also clogged up hallways as freshmen, at least we limited it to our hallway, that is to say, the one with the class of 2008's lockers in it.

Here's my pet peeve: false H*R fans.

I wore my Homestar Original shirt a few days ago. Some kid says "Ooh! I love that cartoon! Um, uh... there's that one guy with that mask, you know, what's his name..." And no, he didn't vaugly sound like he was joking. You can see a quarter of the site and be a fan, but please, don't proclaim your love of it if you don't even know who Strong Bad is.
