When people over quote something, like homestar for instance,
Quote:
:hr: Your computer box needs word....don't worry, I can fix you're computer box!
and the kid at my school who does that has the worst homestar impression EVER!

Me (slightly muffled by pencil): Oush...mah earsh

There is this one girl in my religious school class and she yells all the time. It' s like:
Teacher:Yes?
Girl:I KNOW THE ANSWER!
she really gets on my nerves. I always get a headache around her.

Pet pieve: the word "pet peeve". Like, who decided to take the random word "pet" and then make up the "peeve" part?

Yes I do.

Over the summer I had really long, wavy hair and I thought I looked normal for a change. Then right before my trip to NY I got a short haircut (I asked for a trim, but my stepfather pulled the barber aside and told him to cut it short). My relatives (Who I only get to see once a year) saw me in the video for the Oliver Twist play I was in with my long hair and thought my stepfather was crazy for getting it cut.

People who act like everything is a matter of opinion.

Example:

Me: Actually, Walt Disney wasn't cryogenically frozen. That's just an urban legend.
Annoying Person: Well, that's just your opinion!
Me: Um, no, actually, it isn't. It's a verifiable fact.
Annoying Person: Well, that's just your opinion!
Me: SHUT UP!
Annoying Person 2: It's not nice to use that word!

(Not really from real life, but based off several conversations I've had.)

Which brings me to another pet peeve of mine: People who refer to "shut up" as a word. Every time I tell someone (always one of my peers, by the way) to shut up, somebody--either one of the kids or the teacher--inevitably tells me not to use that "word". For one thing, IT'S NOT A WORD, IT'S A PHRASE. For another thing, it's not like I'm swearing up a storm or anything. Yeah, it's rude, but it's not THAT rude.

Exact opposite of Mandy's: People who think their opinion is fact and is more important than everyone else's.

Well, what annoys me is when I say something that isn't a matter of opinion and people tell me that it's "just my opinion". Yeah, people who think their opinion is the most important can be annoying.

Pet Peeve: Having Projects in Math. You're not supposed to have projects in that class, but this is my third one this year! This one is especially annoying because I have to do, like a million puzzles.

oh, offtopic, but Walt Disney is totally frozen. And unless you've been under DisneyLand personally, it's your opinion that he wasn't cryogenically perserved. Sure, maybe to your logical mind its highly improbable, but to me. That's like saying Bill Gates hasn't made clones of himself for spare organs.

Snow. I hate it, because it gets all over the bottom of your pants, and when you come inside your feet stay wet and cold for at least an hour, unless you change.

Hrmm.... What peeves me...?

Sheep. Followers. Cronies. People who never question why. The hamburger-flipping, barely concious majority that keeps us stuck in the dark ages.

And the actual sheep themselves. They think they're so smug, with their fleece and their constant bleating. I'll show 'em what-for, freaking mutton.

I got snow today too, but it melted after it had barely started.

eh, for the most part. I don't believe that walt is frozen, but technically that's my opinion as I have never been under Disney land. That Bill Gates thing just makes sense, though. I mean, if you had the money, and the technology was out their, wouldn't you want a clone or two to rob if your heart, lungs, etc. failed?

and Toast paint

Actually, it's not your opinion...it's untrue, and that is a verifiable fact.

Toastpaint. Again.

Another pet peeve: MOSQUITOES. I really wonder why mosquitoes even exist.

I hate when there is one in your room/tent, and you can hear it buzzing around. I can't fall asleep until I kill the little bastard. Very irritating.

Yeah, I'd rather have it start December 25 and end in March...

I'd rather have it start in October, but that's no better. At least wait until after thanksgiving, and even better, until December. E gad...

Here's a peeve for you. I just found out that I have to work on my birthday next week.

Normally I have to work Wednesdays and Fridays, but next Wednesday after school is the class ring ceremony at my school, and I have to be there. So I asked for that night off, and I got it, but now I have to work Saturday, the 3rd, which is my birthday. It kinda sucks, but meh.

Not being able to find albums in stores that are supposedly widely available. For whatever reason, I can't find TMBG's debut anywhere, and I don't really feel like ordering it online or downloading it just yet. Strange.
