APPLE-T DAD! APPLE-T!

It took hours to explain tabs to my parents. She eventually ended up having a bunch of windows open, with the tabs categorized by website in each. THEN they yelled at me for accepting the automatic system updates and even getting IE7 in the first place!

Ah well, at least I have firefox to myself now.

It's dot com. He's opposed to my ideas before I state them because they don't line-up with his opinion, and uses his single-mindedness to accuse me of being biased in my propositions, as a means of mirroring his own bias. What a hypocrite.

And I despise Christians who say that all punks are going to hell. They should, well, go burn in hell. :p

Well, parents are noobs when it comes to computers. They think the reason my computer was all virused up was because I go to this forum. They barely considered my brothers and sisters who used Neopets.

Neopets are bad, but not as bad as little girls who accept everything their friends send them through MSN.

I get ticked off by those 4th and 5th graders you see in the mall trying to act like they're 20. And i am annoyed by very picky eaters. X-(

Grr…the fact that my brother is under the impression that this forum is all I do. He always seems to walk in right as a sit down, then and goes "JESUS MAN! HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU SPEND AT THIS COMPUTER?!"
But I know I've said this all before so I won't start up again... :-S

And you would think that would be the opposite, too...

New peeve, and I'm surprised I haven't encountered it before - Anti-rip CDs. I've been trying to rip this vertical horizon CD I got a few days ago, but it won't seem to work. It could perhaps be a WMP problem, but I'm thinking the CD was made so that you can't rip music off of it, which kinda ticks me off. I own the CD, so I should be able to put the songs on a computer or MP3 player. I wish they'd make it more apparent that you can't rip the CDs before you buy them.

On the bright side, the only song I was planning to put on my MP3 player was one I already (somehow) have on this computer. So I guess it was a good CD to not be able to rip. I just hope I don't encounter this on any more CDs (This is a bit of an older CD, before iTunes, back when they were far more concerned with music theft)

)O hope that post was coherent. I'm tired)

Which VH cd is it? I have "Everything You Want"... could probably shuttle you over the files if you so desire.

Yeah, that's the one. Don't worry about it, though, I've gotten them to rip. As long as I don't have any music playing while it's copying them, it works. Slowly, but good enough.

Winter came back. :sm:

Don't get me wrong, I like winter. But not in the middle of April. There should not be two inches of snow on the ground. Stab. It.

This time last month it was eighty degrees out. Nofoolin. What's going on here? El nino? Del taco?

I agree with you on that. Though it looks like for me that the snow is finally gone for good. Though, who knows? It's snowed on Mother's Day here before...

My sister's upstairs neighbors. Constantly, there some sort of noise coming there, mostly music or something. It's, fortunately, low enough to not be able to be aware of it for the most part, but it's the bass that seeps through mostly.

They seem to mysteriously stop around the time my sister gets home.

Meh, I'm sure they think nobody's home below them. Not a big deal. Just gets a little annoying to hear low background music.

Pet Peeve: Guys who use a whole can of Axe on themselves...daily.

Seriously. My gym locker is near another locker where one of these people happen to be. Every time gym is over, I have to withstand the area smelling like excess jock pheromone. What's wrong with Axe on a stick? I use it everyday, and I don't smell like BO. I was kinda relieved to see that this guy was using roll on today, but then after he used it, he used Axe spray to an excess...again.

Seriously, no one needs that much deodorant.

Worst part is, my locker is also next to one of the tallest kids in the grade...and his locker is on a corner. He's blocking my way of opening my locker. So I always have to be last one out.

Is anyone else bothered by these people who use excessive Axe?

Post subject:  Stupid Customers.

Meh.

If you've ever worked retail, I'm sure that SOMEONE here's dealt with this before:

The Stupid Customer.

Okay...I'm wearing a name-badge, a walkie talkie, and I'm standing behind the counter...

And someone walks up and asks "Do you work here?"

Holy crap, people. Seriously. How oblivious can you be??

I got that all the time when I worked at a Grocery Store.

"Do you work here?"

"No ma'am, dressing up as a grocery clerk and stocking shelves is a fetish of mine. Here's your sign."

Gym Class. Not only do I trip every other step, but I'm terribly skinny, tall, and nonathletic. Plus, I have to hang around all the jerks. This will not be a good quarter for Joe. ><
