I consolidated right after I graduated. Cut my payments in half, it did, and actually saved me a lot of money. My rate at that time was nearly 8%. Now it's just under 4%. If I make all my payments on time for the next year, I'll get it down to below 3%.

One thing I started doing is paying extra. That way, more of my payment goes to principle.

You're lucky. We didn't have those for my Graduation last Saturday. The school decided to just wing it and see what happens.

Peeve: My friend Cassie. Thanks to her yelling "I just lost The Game!" at dinner one night on our Spring Break trip to New York City, I will perpetually lose The Game.

But Dids, what if I like The Game (you lose)? It's a conflict of interest there.

His sense of fun is stunted. It comes from smoking to many whoopee cushions.

I think Ian meant rule 1 of The Game, you start playing as soon as you know it exists.

But anyway, I lose, let's move on.

Actually, Rule 1 of The Game is that everyone is always playing the game.

The Rules wrote:
Everyone is playing the game. They always have been and always will be. Participation in a game requires neither consent nor awareness of its existence.

Do a search for my posts. I have plenty outside of R&P.

Your understanding of the world is not always correct, simonzero.

There's an easy solution to this: DON'T BROWSE THIS THREAD.

There! Problem Solved!

Yay!
*claps*

Anyway, my current peeve is the school making a tighter noose in our dress code. Now we can't have facial piercings or shirts below the wrists. My favorite medium sized shirts are a tad past that! So what if I'm thin? So what if I wear medium? It's the most comfortable size for me! I like my clothes to be loose and comfortable, not tight and stifling. I don't have any tightness, yet I'm not afraid of walking out of my shirt at the same time!

Many of you might tell me to wear my other mediums, but I don't wear them for one reason: They suck and aren't me. Okay, that's two. ;)

You guys don't know how crazy my school can get over rules. I mean, can't there be some leeway? I'm not a troublemaker, but if I wear these clothes next year, I'll be labelled one. And I can't get new shirts because my family can't afford to buy new ones, and the ones at the thrift store are normally XXXL! X-(

And the facial piercings restriction was only put in place because of a little incident in PE. Just because one person got stuck at the tongue in a volleyball net doesn't mean everyone else has to suffer. We're not children anymore. The earlier we have piercing incidents like this, the better off and wiser that person will be. Or not. It's just that they want to stifle our ability to express ourselves. First, it was the censorship of some serious photography photos, now this. Soon we can't even express our opinions on anything there without being Nazee punished. X-(
